Hilton Head Exterminators

No stars. I purchased a home and immediately hired Hilton Head Exterminators. The tech who was assigned my neighborhood had just had knee surgery and had another bad knee. He had a death grip leaving my home and broke my handrail lambs tongue finial right off. Since I am currently trying to sell my home in one state and going back and forth managing both, I did not call right away.Too much on my plate at once. Deceptive practices. I wish I didn’t have to leave a star to post. They do not derseve 1...... An ABSOLUTE JOKE. GO WITH A COMPANY THAT CARES !!!!!! The let my home get destroyed by insects. Lied about service and how they treat outside bugs. They do not stand by their WORD. LIES UPON LIES. House was not serviced for months at a time. But they were really fast to bill. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY LIE THEY LIE FROM INSIDE TO THE MANAGERS. OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW T

The repairs they made look terrible. A squirrel chewed through a rotted soffit and they were supposed to replace it. But instead of replacing the 3x5 piece of plywood these folks just cut a smaller piece of plywood and attached it with screws over the hole. Nice. Of course it looks lousy, but almost everything they did looks lousy. The cover they put over the drier vent was nothing but a handmade box of chicken wire shaped by hand and screwed into the siding around the drier vent. Black sheet r
