Moved into a new home about two weeks ago, asked Island to come to the house two weeks or so before that they told me the soonest they could come was August 12. Asked if that was the best they could do that we’d need it sooner, they said yes so I called Orkin who was incredibly responsive and came out the same day I called. Orkin got my business. I called island to cancel and was argued with by the person managing the schedule. You lost a customer because you couldn’t do better, don’t argue with

We had our quarterly pest treatment today. In the past the tech was at our property for a few minutes. Today we had a new tech and she obviously took her job seriously. She knocked down cob webs and really took her time treating the perimeter of the house. I feel like we got value for what we paid. I called the office to tell them how happy I was.
