2nd edit 2026: Every technician has been phenomenal, the most recent being Ryan- everything was expertly done and very polite! Edit 2024: Have still been using the same Company for 5 years now and STILL GREAT SERVICE! Original 2019: Calling and setting up a 1 year contract was smooth sailing, the operator was very polite and accommodating. Within just a few days (I had to reschedule) a technician came out and explained everything in detail as to what he was doing and planned to do, as well as what to expect in the future. The process was quick and easy. 10/10

Based on your account, you are enrolled in our PCO plan, which includes seasonal monthly mosquito treatments during warmer months and general pest control service on a quarterly schedule. During the winter season, mosquito treatments are paused because mosquito activity is not present, and it doesn't look like your next quarterly appointment is due until March, but we are happy to schedule a reservice. I had my son in the car today and one of their trucks(#21) Almost hit us twice because he was on his cell phone. I honked at him. He looked at me, then went back to looking at his cell phone. This company needs to manage their people better.

I would NOT recommend them to anyone, They're RED FLAG ED with Better Business Bureau-BBB, AND Because they're all about TAKING your money without doing as they say, then they come back about their CONTRACT you signed while bending & arranging the words to their advantage because they think ONLY the CUSTOMER is BINDED by the CONTRACT but they aren't but I think the COURTS will hold them ACCOUNTABLE to their own CONTACT

Bait and Switch!! called Walker Pest Control, technician came out and inspected property quoted $517 to install their system and $27 a month (=$324) but since we had a current termite bond on our home they would wave the installation fee if we sent them our current bond. After we send them our current paperwork that would be up for renewal they said there would now be a $125 charge for an additional station and would charge $370 for the new termite bond. I would caution everyone walk away ( RUN ) ... Watch Out for the Bait and Switch!!

We offered to waive the install fee and match the competitor's higher renewal OR we could charge our normal install fees and offer a lower renewal rate. Instead, you demanded we do both. There was never any bait and switch. I am sorry you felt you were somehow mistreated, but this is not an accurate review of our team.

We had someone from this business come out when we bought our home and was initially told if we weren't pleased with the service that we could cancel after 90 days with no fees. Every time the business has came out we really didn't have issues until they performed a service for us. Also we have had countless issues with billing. We never get charged on the same day every month or even at all. Checking our bank statement we get billed maybe then hit 3 months later with all of them at once. We had to call once to get them to come out between services for another spray due to ants coming in and they billed us for that. Which is suppose to be free. We have not been happy with the customer service and now we are being told we have to pay a cancellation fee after being told in the beginning we could cancel at ANY time after the 90 days with no fee. Hate being lied too and having bad service.

Our policy<br>has always been a 12 month contract, which you did sign and we will be<br>happy to send you a copy of. After the initial 12 months you can cancel<br>at any time with no fees. As for the billing, it is set to bill/process<br>on the same date of each month, and the only issues with that have been<br>when the card on file was declined. There was an additional invoice<br>processed in June, and that was our mistake, but we were happy to credit<br>that invoice as soon as we were made aware. There has not been an<br>instance where we have charged your card for 3 months of payments at one<br>time. If your bank statement shows something different, please send us a<br>screenshot. When you have let us know about pest issues (in April and in<br>June) in between your regular services, we have always offered and<br>scheduled a technician or manager to come out to do additional<br>treatments and follow ups at no additional cost. You are due for regular<br>service this month and we would be happy to send a manager along with<br>the technician to address your concerns, as soon as the past due<br>invoices for August and September are paid.

We paid in advance for yearly service. This means they come out quarterly or whenever you notice an issue to treat. All was well in the beginning. However the April service came and they actually performed the wrong treatment (mosquito yard treatment vs house treatment). I thought it was different than what was previously done, but hubby said maybe it's a Spring thing. Fast-forward to July's treatment where the technician admitted giving us the wrong treatment in April and offered to come out and make up for the difference with a free treatment. As I understand no one is perfect I agreed and we moved on. He stated he would call to schedule free treatment. Two weeks pass and no call. So I call the company and make them aware. The scheduler says in order for me to get the free treatment I need to go ahead and renew my yearly plan since it expires in July. Seems a bit uncalled for as I didn't get what I paid for to begin with. Needless to say I will be using a more trustworthy company moving forward.

***BUYER BEWARE. UNETHICAL COMPANY. FINE PRINT SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH MASSIVE CANCELLATION FEES WITH NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION CONCERNING IT, OR THEIR MAINTENANCE PLAN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ** Moved into a new house and decided to have someone come out and spray. We talked to them and they advised us the initial charge would be around 180 and then around 60 a month for service. They came out initially and everything was fine. Afterwards, they charged us monthly which was also fine, but they never explained their service and maintenance times with us - so we were expecting them to come out since we were charged. That is when they first informed us they come out quarterly or every 3 months - but they would come out anytime for "free" if there was an emergency pest situation - which there wasn't. We decided to let them charge 60 for 3 months and get one more service after 3 months and then cancel. After they charged us the 3rd time and over a week into the 3rd month we canceled and called them and advised we would like the quarterly service we had paid for. At this point was the first time we discovered and it was ever mentioned there was some sort of 12 month agreement and there was a cancellation fee equal to half a year of $60 payments. So as a "curtesy" they would waive the cancellation fee and not provided the services paid for. Of course we argued this but they refused to render services to us that were due and that we had already paid citing the "agreement". Which, basically, when the initial serviceman came out he had my girlfriend sign something for the service. It was assumed it was just our understanding about the initial service, and the subsequent service with them. We were never verbally informed of some 12 month contract with a massive cancellation fee - that is, until it was time for them to collect and be fraudulent. I never imagined I would need a lawyer to review the document the initial serviceman was carrying that day from a pest control company, but apparently this company is just that unethical. Buyer beware.

Hello Dark Wizard,<br>I'm pretty sure you have the wrong company. We do not have any clients by this name, and the pricing you quoted does not correspond with any of our current pricing structures. Our company has NEVER tried to deceive a client - ever. However, we do offer maintenance programs with a one year agreement because the pricing is so low (usually around $35 for the first month). These programs are always explained in advance of the service and most phone conversations are recorded. If you are, in fact, a client of ours, I'm sure we can provide you documentation that may help. We take pride in being better than other pest services, especially when it comes to matters of our honesty and integrity. I can personally guarantee that if we messed up, we will make it right. Just call and ask for one of our managers so we can look into your account further. Otherwise, I must insist you have mistaken us for another company. I sincerely hope this helps you either way.

Im not going to completely remove this as a reminder that not all employees have the same drive or ambitions in life. Some people work for a paycheck and some work with pride in what they do and the name of their company. I had a bad encounter with some fellas that either were not very educated on the subject or they played on their phone rather than do a proper job. Thank you!! To the gentlemen who came back out to correct the problem. Hopefully my issues in house are resolved... I will make sure to thank them again once my house is a house again. They left me hanging. $2200.00 and I still have same issues. Just because you cant see it doesn't mean it's not there. I had a 30 day guarantee and has not been resolved yet. And why was it that the only door or drawer that was open after the heat treatment was my underwear drawer? Why was that the only thing open? Ok so after the retreatment of my home we came into the house and inspected it ourselves. Still things had not been done the way we asked. So my husband called them back out. They sprayed once again with my husband in the home showing the manager how to properly spray the house..... and gave him a lecture the whole time about what it takes to be a man of your word. It amazes me how little people know about self respect. Or morals.

Hi Holly,<br>While we do appreciate that you updated your review, we do feel that it is necessary to address the facts of the situation in regards to your depiction of events, as well as, the claims you’ve made towards our team members. We did not “leave you hanging” as you claim. We performed the bed bug heat treatment and the follow ups as we were contracted to do, and we went well above any contractual or regulatory requirements. Our qualified inspector found no signs of live bed bugs at your first follow up appointment and according to regulatory guidelines, we should not treat for bed bugs when there is no evidence of live bed bugs present. However; we did schedule a free additional treatment when you found evidence of a live bed bug. Our service manager found no signs of bed bug activity in the home again. Again, we scheduled another free follow up appointment for a week later. When our manager performed that follow up, he found no live bed bugs for a third time. He also assured you at every visit that we would take care of any issues, if you began to see live bed bugs at any time. It was at this time that you asked him to leave your home because you insisted we should treat again, even though you did not have any bed bugs. It was after this interaction and several hostile phone calls to our office staff that you posted this review with the accusation towards our service manager that he had opened your underwear drawer and only that drawer during a follow up treatment - a complaint that you had not mentioned to any of our team members in any of our previous contacts. We take the reputation of our company and the reputation of our team members very seriously and do not give any weight to accusations made out of anger. At the time of your posting, we performed your original heat treatment on January 14, a follow up on January 22, January 29, a chemical treatment on February 3, and a follow up on February 10 all for no cost. It is important to mention, we were not able to find any live bed bugs in your home at any point during this time period, and you were present for every inspection to show our inspector any areas you might have suspected to have activity. However; since our company does take pride in our work, we did perform another heat treatment for your home on March 1, even after your unfair review of our company and our people. As you mentioned in your review, the heat treatment would have cost you another $2200, but we did it for free even though you were outside of your 30 day guarantee as sighted in the service contract you signed. While we do understand the anxiety that comes with bed bugs, we do not feel that anxiety gives license to slander individual’s reputations or misrepresent a business or situation.

If I give this review no stars I would. This company did a HORRIBLE job last summer treating my yard for mosquitos. The technician did not spray properly and their customer service was terrible. They came twice last season and I thought I was done with them, but they insisted they have to come again because the agreement stated three times. I told them the service was so bad that I did not want them to come again. However, they are still making me pay the $49 because of the agreement. I would NEVER use this company again. Their customer service was terrible and the mosquito service NEVER worked. My family still could not enjoy the yard even after they came the day before.

No one followed up with me regarding this service, otherwise I would have told them it was a total waste of money for me. I was charged $150 for someone to place bait in my crawlspace which seemed to do no good at all at getting rid of mice. I didn't want anyone in the house because I have not had a problem with mice in the house and I have a house cat and don't want it exposed to anything harmful. My yard has an even worse mice problem than before so pretty sure the bait did not do anything about controlling the mice population. My frustration with this service was the cost to place 12 pieces of bait, which I have already tried myself, and the fact that no one contacted me to get an update on my problem, so bad customer service.

However, since you insisted no one come into your home, we have no idea what you may have experienced. We even followed up with you on 9/13/18 to make sure everything went well with the service (this is what we do for all customers after the service). I believe that was around the same time as this post, but you never responded. You have not contacted our office in any way after the service on the 5th, even though we have reached out to you. Our customers' satisfaction is paramount, so if you could contact us to give us more information, we would be very happy to help in any way we can.<br><br>Now that you have added a review, we are able to more accurately respond to your comments.<br>First, let me thank you for letting us know what your specific concerns are regarding your service. I would like to address your concerns individually. The service you contracted us for was to keep mice out of your home, which it sounds like we have been able to accomplish. We always ask our customers to let us know there is a problem, so we can take immediate action. Finally, depending on a number of factors, we simply cannot guarantee against pests you may have outdoors, specifically, mice. We were able to keep mice out of your crawl space and home, as you contracted us to do. If further treatment was needed you only would have needed to get in touch with our office for additional help. If there was more we could have done, I sincerely apologize, but from everything I see on our end, our people did exactly what they should have.
