I was very impressed with the comprehensive and complete first service that Bulmark Exterminating provided. In calling around for quotes, Bulmark was very fair in their pricing compared to other companies. The day of service, the technician, Tristin, was excellent in the service provided. He was very personable and professional when performing his duties. I was actually taken aback by how thorough and how much preventive maintenance was provided. I had pest preventative services at my previous house in California, but they did not come close to the services provided by Tristin and Bulmark. This was my first treatment with them and so far, I am totally pleased.

We had a wonderful experience with our pest control technician, William Johnson. He did an outstanding job and truly went above and beyond during his visit. William was incredibly kind, personable, and professional. What really stood out was how patient and engaging he was with our children—he took the time to let them observe what he was doing, showed them different bugs, and explained everything step-by-step in a way they could understand. It turned what could have been an ordinary service visit into a fun and educational experience for them. We highly recommend William to anyone looking for excellent service!

Tristin was absolutely AMAZING! Extremely friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He took time to tell our household about the issues we were facing and why. Flash & William are both great! Flash presented to service, at first we had no intention of buying the service but everything he said sounded great, a bi-monthly treatment inside and out of all the usual bugs from ants, spiders, roaches, and more. They both were very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. William explained the process of what he was doing the whole time, then gave a recap after he was finished. He even made friends with my social cat who followed him around the entire time!

Damage done to my walls of my new home caused by chemicals from their spray. Called and spoke with a manager who informed me to clean the walls with soap and water. Asked manager to send someone out since they caused the damage and they refused. Informed me to take time out of my day to call around to receive multiple estimates for repair and to email the estimates to “see” how much they would be willing to pay. Canceled service immediately. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied with their professionalism. Will not recommend to others.

Had bulwark for 5 years. I live in Florida and when my tenant moved out, I was left with fleas. Bulwark said they killed everything with a couple treatments. With me living in Florida, I trusted them. I am here visiting and went to my house on 1/2/25 and there are still fleas that they said they treated and got rid of BACK IN OCTOBER! This is unacceptable.

We see the last time we treated your home was on December 2, 2024. Between then and your call to cancel services on 2/3/2025 we did not<br>provide any regular recurring treatments. This gap in service may have allowed fleas to reestablish themselves, potentially due to activities or conditions in the home that we were not informed about at the time. When our Service Pros do go out to service if they notice something that is needed to be brought to attention they are trained to let us know so we can reach out to you.<br><br>As a family-run company, we would love to work with you again and regain you as a customer. I had Bulwark Exterminators at my Boiling Springs Home and they did okay service at my home When I went to cancel my service because of a move I called and texted three times and they kept charging me even though I canceled their exterminator service and then they sent me to a collection agency for a 39 dollar bill that I didn’t even owe them ! And they charged me even more money….They charge a monthly fee but come every 2 months unless you call them for an additional appointment….I would never use them again because of this They asked if I wanted their service at my new home ????! N O WAY !!!!

Your last monthly bill on 5/22/2024 brought your total balance to $118.50. On 6/29/2024, we received a payment of $79.00, leaving an unpaid balance of $39.50. This unpaid balance led to the account going to<br>collections. When an account goes to collections there is a collection fee of $15.<br><br>We strive to provide transparent and reliable service to all our customers and regret any confusion that may have occurred. 2 Month Update: Feels like a totally different company than the one we signed up with…Since their system has been down (end of February-present), they’re a mess with scheduling. I’m still dealing with a massive stink bug issue and I was honestly very disappointed that no one was willing to continue what they have promised at the beginning of the contract and do the same walkthrough with us to check on what we improved and where the problem could still be; the dispatchers are never able to see the technician’s clear schedule, sometimes I was forgotten by the technician (again, because of their system being down), no one called to warn me to reschedule, and even when I call them for rescheduling they cannot guarantee a day or time frame the technician can come. It is very frustrating, I felt like I actually found some specialists who can not just come and spray some diluted insecticide I can also buy from the store, but to actually help us inspect and provide guidance and treatment while monitoring the situation in time…now I’m lucky if I can get someone on the phone to tell me who can come spray in a 3 day window… I truly appreciate the team that came out today to treat our home, as we are struggling with a beetle & stink bug infestation and we had several other companies trying to treat. While we can’t see the full effects instantly (and I will update the review after a few weeks), I have to say they were the best team that actually did what they promised: were on time, did an inspection thoroughly, treated different areas with different pesticides and in so much more detail than any other company we’ve used, provided a report at the end and were so empathetic and respectful, they truly earned their positive review. The customer service on the phone was also very polite and patient to listen and provide all need details. Thank you for your professionalism and for the excellent service!

Their service department does not exterminate yellow jackets inside your house. But they do not say that on their website. They referred me to a wildlife place but could not give me the number to call.

We called this place and the young man that came out was very nice However; he did say if what he did did not take care of the pest control They would come back out and retreat no charge. Keep in mind we did sign up for a routine service. We called back a week ago and was Assured that someone will get back with us and schedule a retreatment. We called again today and we were told once again someone will contact us again today. No return phone call. Not acceptable. But I’m sure I’ll get a bill every other month right on time.

I did receive a service last year, it wasn’t efficient at all (looks like it never happened), I called to cancel the service so I get connected with someone who offered a replacement service (free) the next spring but ended up they charge me for it. Watch out.

First service July 13th here we are less than a month later and after 3 visits still having critters enter my home. Then I am told they only get 10% of their target on each visit. Tech came on last visit said he couldn't get the wasps cause he didn't have a ladder. Edit 10/26: I hired another company, and they only needed to come out once.
They had a worker that came to my house to spray. He back his truck onto my out building. He told my wife since I was at work. I talk to one person with bulwork and they had me take pictures and send to them. It went 2 weeks I heard nothing. I called talk to someone different and they had no idea what I was talking about. So I called supervisor had to leave message. They called me 2 days later and I couldn't answer so I called them back. The person I talked to didn't know anything. Finally I talked to another supervisor about 3 months later. He told me to get the building fixed then they would reimbursed me. For one thing I didn't hit my building they did ,but I got to come up with money to pay for it then maybe get paid back. In the middle of all this they show at my house start spraying then tell my wife she's got to pay them. This company should be shut down. There is no reason that I should have to go through this. Since then they called said they were coming out to spray. I told them not till my building is repaired. Haven't heard anything since. Probably won't hear from them. Pleas Please don't be scammed by this company.
