Croach Pest Control

Beware of this company..."They are not an Exterminating Service but a Pest Control Service" per employee -Tim You Will Be VERY DISAPPOINTED in their service for almost double the money. The door to door salesperson (Owner)(Jeremy?)seemed honest & said they could do better than my current company (J and N Pest Control that was actually honest & good w/no contract) and if I wasn't happy I could cancel at any time. (No mention of mandatory buying out balance of contract). I hate bugs so the promise

Had Croach service at my last residence. There were issues with them showing up when they were supposed to. We bought a new house and decided to use them because of price thinking maybe better service in the new area. That turned out to be incorrect, it was worse. They would always cancel at the last minute. Disappointed and misled We had a poor overall experience with Croach. The main reason we signed up was the salesperson's confident promise that we’d see “no more spiders” — especially after the first one or two treatments. Unfortunately, even after multiple visits, we saw no noticeable reduction. On top of that, when we tried to cancel, we were forced to speak with multiple “account managers” before they'd even consider it — and then hit with a $200 cancellation fee.
