Precision did an excellent job of removing the wildlife that had made its home in our house. The company addressed all the points of entry and trapped a number of squirrels and snakes that were causing havoc in and around our house. Our technician, Greg Black, did an excellent job. He was very thorough in his work and kept me appraised of his progress, along with any problems he found along the way. All-in-all I am very pleased with the outcome and believe Precision will stand behind its work should any issues of pest control resurface in the future. Great job!

Welp, this is a weird one. Paid a down payment for a service to remove bats "in the next 2 weeks." And no one showed so I called back and was told "in the next 2 weeks due to weather." And no one showed. 1 week later my pest either died or moved out so I called to cancel service and ask for a deposit refund since it had been a month and week since originating and it took them so long to show up the animal moved out. Well they don't want to refund my deposit. I've spoken to their office guy who is nice and all but he has to get authorization from the owners. 3 calls and an extra week later no refund for a non service. They offered to lower the cost of the service but I don't trust them at this point. Edit 1: I haven't had time to reach back out to the owner, exactly like it took them a month to reach out to me. But I wanted to point out that their contract states the buyer must pay within 30days or they will be sent to collections. However, they can just not come do work for 37 days and it's not a problem? Seems sketchy. Also, their entire lack of communication and me having to call and ask over and over if they were going to come do work is crazy! Lastly, owner stated there were 20 days of rain in June this year. That is an absolute lie. There were 4 days of rain in June this year. I checked the weather via the GSP airport weather station. In July there were a ton but in June? No. 4 days. This company is completely untrustworthy.

Unfortunately, May brought over 20 days of rain, which significantly impacted our schedule. While this has put us behind, we never want to compromise on the quality of our work — doing the job right is always our top priority.<br><br>As noted in our contract, deposits are non-refundable. However, we did reach out and leave a voicemail to discuss options, and we’re still happy to work with you toward a resolution that’s fair for everyone. If you’re willing to give us a call, we’d appreciate the opportunity to make things right.<br><br>*The rain was in May, not June as state above. We have called twice and left voicemails and also emailed. If you are interested in speaking, please call us at your convenience (maybe not after 9pm on a Friday night;)

The technician Coda was great! Very professional and kept at it to make sure racoon and babies were out of the attic. Disinfected and pulled out soiled insulation. Definitely would hire them again!

Had birds in outside dryer vent. Technician arrived promptly and was very friendly. However, the birds were gone when he arrived. He did replace 2 outside vent covers and will be back to install 2 more. He was at my house for about 30 minutes, removed no pests, replaced 2 vent covers and charged a very high amount. I should have questioned him more about the price as I could have bought the vent covers and had them installed for less than half of what he charged.
