Chase did a great job of explaining everything they were doing to my lawn. The tech was out to treat my lawn within days of signing my contract. My lawn has never looked better!

I have been impressed with the plan of action for my yard and we are seeing good results. I did not want to overwhelm my yard with chemicals and this has been done.

I contacted them to come out to look at my lawn issue. They were quick to respond but initially quoted a treatment plan. I asked to have someone come out first to discuss a plan. The assistant that I communicated with said they usually get payment first but would talk to her manager. They didn’t get back to me for three days so I reached out again and got some excuses that JR was out of town. Then the JR reached out and we set up an appointment. I took time off from work and he was a no show. I texted him and his assistant and they got back to me 30 minutes later with another excuse. I will not do business with this kind of company. I am not accustomed to chasing a company to do work. Buyer beware.

The staff and service are great. The technicians are always friendly and do a great job. They always leave comments about what they applied and how my yard looks.

I’ve been working with JR and his natural Lawn Care team for well over a year. All the staff are very knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer they get back to you quickly. They’re courteous, respectful and hard working. Within a year, my lawns looking healthier. I can’t wait to see what next year brings.

Zero stars for this company, but had to give one star to post. I do not recommend Natural Lawn. Caught the guy not fertilizing my WHOLE yard, must of thought I wasn’t home and when confronted lied about it. Was outside with the blower and taking pictures to cover up what he did not do. Nope, wasn’t going outside because I saw what he did and didn’t do. People, try to be home to watch and know that you’re getting what you paid for.

This company is not professional at all violating Do Not Call Registry with their cold calling and then continued harassment when asked not to be contacted. Speed through neighborhoods and littering on person's properties with their adverts. I've filed complaints with South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs and the Federal Trade Commission and if they continue to contact you I'd recommend you doing the same. Shame on them. **EDIT Getting robocalls from this place multiple times a month now. Already checked with DNC reg and they shouldn't be calling me. I just reported them for the last 5 calls. That's 11k a call. 55k just on my reports for your recent violations I hope more people report you and you get fined more.**

Keep getting spam pre recorded calls from these guys at all hours. Stop calling please!

rang my doorbell and left trash on my porch when I didn't answer the door. I work from home and they came by at 2:45pm expecting someone to answer the door? I'm sorry I can't drop off a work phone call to talk to you about my lawn. Seems like an outdated marketing practice.

If you want dead grass, weeds, and poor customer service, then NaturaLawn is the way to go! Used for 2 years. Never been fully satisfied. First year, worked with manager Mason and saw some improvement. 2021 hit and it went down hill from there. No one at local office. Reached Virginia and Maryland. Assured me local manager would call. No call backs after 4-5 attempts. Said good bye and I am now working with Precision to get my yard back to a quality lawn. Save your time and money and stay away!!

They did treat my yard as promised, almost no show up except 2 times. Customer service is the worst, very rude people there

my yard is the one on the left a few days after a treatment from this company. My grass is higher and greener than my neighbors, and you can distinctly tell where the border is. This company basically sprayed my yard and stopped along the border. After treatment I showed them the pics and asked them to modify procedure because it was obviously damaging the grass. I just thought they got carried away or the solution was too strong. They said no, it was fungus. I imagine fungus knows no boundary lolol and would be effecting even something somewhere over the border into my neighbor's untreated lawn. I gave them the benefit of the doubt (did not allow them to treat for fungus which I had done the first time I used these guys), and watched my grass recover only to see it browned again after the next spraying. I wrote them and quietly cancelled the service. They claimed a "fungus epidemic" lol and offered some additional free treatment. I am guessing most of their customers may be suffering from "fungus" lol after a spraying. They did not listen to their customer both times. With my grass dying off after a similar experience the first season I used this company (litterally thinned it out and dirt patches), I suspect, if I had followed the same procedure, my would have ended the same this season. It just does not seem logical to give them another shot at it. My grass is recovering again and I won't be using this company in the future.

My bill almost doubled this year. Lisa claimed that a letter was mailed out but I collect all the mail and no such letter was received. I called to get an explanation and Lisa told me that they lost money serving my yard and that I should be happy that I paid so little over the last year. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor and she told me that he was not around, so I asked if he could call me back and she said no. Apparently they fired the sales rep that priced the service for my yard. I said since I received no price increase letter that I was happy to continue at the new price as long as I received the difference for the last 2 services. She said I was foolish to pay it in the first place, if I had a problem with the new price. Lisa told me that the company could increase prices at anytime and they are not responsible if I did not receive the letter "she did her job". She then got frustrated with me and told me that she was just going to cancel service with me and that they did not want customers like me. I had service with them for over a year and referred 3 houses to them, I guess that was not the type of customer they are looking for. If they would have been upfront with me I would have been fine with the increase. Was a dispute over $32.50 really worth losing a year's worth of revenue? Do not hire these people, the customer does not come first even when the error is on there end.

My bill went up 20% this year without explanation until I called in - very similar to Stephanie G's review. There was one "prepay your bill" notice that listed the higher charge on one line with no explanation. The only explanation given when I called in was that "we remeasured lots and had to increase your bill" and they made it very clear that they had the right to increase rates, continue service, and bill me. Along with that, I had multiple issues last year where I had to call in to get resolution (we have different grass in the front vs. the back and regularly had incorrect or missing applications). I cancelled today and would not recommend them - now looking for another service.
