I was struggling with ants in my kitchen for 6 months. I called many pest control companies and each of them could not get rid of the ants after spraying multiple times. Then, I came across Mack Pest Solutions… the technician showed up within 2 days, applied bait (no spray), and I haven’t seen any ants since!! The technician that came out was named Mike. He was so friendly and helpful. I suggest them for all your pest needs!!

Great service. The workers were very professional.

BEWARE!!! They will vandalize your personal property and do and say anything possible to avoid accountability, even if you have telling photos and a police report. They'll even have the audacity to say, cutting your mattress and ripping the underlining from your sofa is a part of the treatment process although such information was never conveyed to you, prior to doing so.

Didn’t notify me of entry. My cat got out, and they locked me out of my apartment. The guy I talked to from pest control was rude and unhelpful, zero stars.

Horrible drivers.

I called yesterday regarding an employee in a company truck license plate P844911 driving 80-90 mph down the middle turn lane/median of HWY 25 next to Furman in order to pass the left lane of traffic. The driver nearly went head on into a vehicle who was using this lane appropriately to turn. 7 lanes of traffic and it was the scariest driving I've ever seen. They then cut over to avoid the Collison, nearly causing all of us behind them to wreck. I called requesting to speak with a manager of this employee and never received a call back, after describing the situation. Not only was it wildly illegal and irresponsible, it was dangerous for all those around them. I would never use this company based off of that experience and the fact that they don't honor calling concerned citizens back, nor follow up on employee's erratic behavior. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have quarterly pest control from Mack with Medicaid, and I appreciate it so much. What a great service! Everybody is very professional, polite, friendly, and helpful, and they're very thorough. They are great people. And they take a minute to say hello to the dogs before they start. I just can't say enough good things. Thank you, Susan

My gran lives at Old Hickory in Lancaster SC. Shaun helped her jump her car off because she was late for her doctors appointment. Great lad. Assume service is great too because she seems to like him.

Mack pest solutions did a great job. they were extremely thorough, and I would recommend them to anyone for pest control. you will not convince me that there could ever be a better pest control company!!!

Full disclaimer: never used them. Whoever drives car 133 stopped on the side of the road in Ashville to help an old lady get her Big Lots shopping cart across the street without being plowed down. Chivalry isn't dead yet. Good work guys -review left via board

Shawn sprayed my apartment today. I live in Spartanburg and the wasps are TERRIBLE this time of year. Not only did he do a great job, he got rid of my wasp nest on my porch and got stung in the process, but he didn't complain. Just said it was a Hazard of the job and went on his way. 10/10
