Company continually unresponsive on getting initial contract set up - if this is how communication goes as a potential customer, I can't imagine how poor things would be once they have my money. Detail: Recently purchased this home, previous owner used HomeTeam for Termite bait stations, so I figured i'd give them a shot and attempt to resume service with HomeTeam. Timeline: 1/7: Called in to establish contact, set up walk-through with one of their sales/account managers for the following day.

I started with this company back in 2015 or 2016, was wonderful by then, now I can't say the same thing, prices are changing all the time, for my surprise today the changed came according to the lady on the phone because back in 2015 the quoted me wrong, lack of professionalism, but I know this is what they say but its not the real reason, the just want to increase the price according I see through the years.
