Great customer service and quick !

Grass Nerds has been great with my lawn. Communication is excellent and they really know how to make your yard look great! The office staff has also been very helpful and made for a seamless experience!

I reached out to Grass Nerds initially because their website completely explained their treatment process and gave plenty of options for treatment. I chose their College plan with several options, aeration and overseeding being one of them. Boy, am I sure glad I did! My yard looks absolutely amazing. I’m emailed a couple of days before their arrival each time and their visits are thorough and completely unobtrusive. I’m very proud of my lawn, and Grass Nerds has a great deal to do with that. Tyler calls every few months to thank me for my continued patronage and asks if there’s anything they can improve on, or add to my service. I am more than happy to recommend Grass Nerds to anyone who passes by my yard and asks what my secret is because of my thick, green, beautiful grass.

So far so good. Have you used them for a year. Customer service is been great. The techs are very friendly and personable. My lawn has definitely improved. I would recommend them.

I've been extremely impressed - customer service is always top-notch, they explain my soil results and they tell me what's needed. I've used them for close to 2 years now. It took about a year of treatment to really see the results since my soil pH needed significant correction. I've never had problems with the service and they always notify me in advance when they are coming. My neighbors have commented on how nice my lawn looks, and it was the last lawn on my street to go dormant this fall. There are several others on my street who have started using Grass Nerds as well. In response to some of the other comments, my lawn is Bermuda. When it really starts growing in the summer, I may have to cut it 2-3 times per week. Otherwise, the lower part of Bermuda will show and it looks like brown spots. So my advice is to cut often with a sharp blade, set up an effective watering schedule, and you will not be disappointed!

I was very concerned when a man from a lawn service entered my property without permission and began applying weed killer to my lawn. No one in my household had requested this service and I have chemical sensitivities that make exposure unsafe for me. When the guy was approached, he explained he was misled by his GPS, but made no effort to confirm the correct address before proceeding. This unauthorized entry was alarming, and I wouldn’t use or recommend this company based on what happened.

These guys do great work. Highly recommend!

I wish I had taken before pictures of my yard. Our yard felt like it was nothing but weeds and we had lots of spots where nothing would grow. We tried countless other weed control companies to no avail. Is our yard 100% weed free? Not yet. However for the first time I see healthy grass spreading and filling in the bald patches. I finally see the clumps of goose grass or whatever it is dying off. This is the first time I’ve reached the fall and don’t think my yard is cursed and in need of an exorcism.

Disappointed to say the least. I provided feedback of this issue months ago and they agreed it was not acceptable and I was told it would improve. After multiple services it has gotten worse. I provided feedback again and was contacted by a manger who just gave excuses.

I've had various lawn care services over the last 10 years but Grass Nerds has done the best! July and August has been typically hard on my lawn in the past, but Grass Nerds has kept my lawn green and lush. They do a great job 👏

Grass Nerds is proving to be one of the best decisions I could have made for a lawn maintenance service. They were knowledgeable when I first spoke with them and were able to work me in for the first treatment the next day. Their follow up is stellar! Everyone I have spoken with has been very professional and I feel confident in trusting this business with my lawn.

My lawn improved substantially after the first treatment. Their staff explained the process and what to expect. They are friendly and helpful. I recommend their services.

We can't be happier with our lawn service. We used TruGreen for 8 years, askrf them to come out and assess our yard as we were very unhappy with it. The dinner plate size crabgrass that what's all over our yard it's just too much to ignore. The "specialist" said it would take a year to address it and correct it. Grass nurds has been to my house three times, we have no more crabgrass! We watched to shrivel up and die 😊 the before treatment and the after treatment communication that I get from grass nerds is far superior to that I was receiving with TruGreen. I couldn't be happier obviously, great choice!

Grass Nerds has been great so far, but it's early in my lawncare experience with them. They are very knowledgeable and have good suggestions for how to improve the lawn and tackle the weeds. I would like a little more notice (2 days at least?) about their planned arrival so I can be there to discuss with them on site.

Was good before so not sure what happened. Too many weeds!!

I started with another lawn service, but the fertilizing and weed control did nothing to improve lawn. Based on advice from a professional landscaper we switched to Grass Nerds. Within the first year improvement was better. After 6 years we are still working to continue improvement. My problem was the landscape contractor the builder choose - we got the absolute worse sod ! So we are working with Grass Nerds to overcome the problems. Great progress!

1 star is too good. Not once but twice their tech, Brett, said he serviced my back yard. Once I was standing there, he never came to the back. The 2nd time he damaged my electric gate in attempts to gain access to my backyard. Nick, the office manager, is full of excuses. When I asked for the owner’s information I was denied. Do not trust this team for service… cancelled my service immediately. Customer Service is based out of lies and unprofessional resolution.

I was dissatisfied with the company I was using and switched to Grass Nerds. After 3 months with them my lawn was back on the road to recovery and looked great. They also call before coming out so that I can take care of my dog's needs before they get here.
