They were promising us to do a good job…. They didn’t. Contract stated they would do the whole yard/property- however since we have a hill they were too lazy to take care of it and we got a wasp infestation. Talked to one of their people on the phone, weren’t able to get a refund for the money we’ve been paying they just kept insisting to re-service the yard once we were canceling. You guys could’ve done a good job in the first place. We are with another company now.

Very negative experience, never called to give a heads up when coming, or never showed up. Agreed to one thing then went back on it. Didn’t keep their promises, added additional fees, and they were out and out unprofessional when we tried to discuss. Cancelled after 6 months. Do your research, find a more established & reputable company, Core is not it.

Overall the company is definitely working out some kinks. I believe they are somewhat new to the area. We have had both amazing technicians like Wyatt as well as a few others that were either ok or less than desirable. I do believe some of the less than desirable technicians are no longer with the company. Like I said before they are new and working some things out. As far as service goes we haven’t had any major pest problems so it seems like the treatments are working. We have been getting service for almost a year now. I definitely see room for improvement with the company but I have to say the company always seems to address any mistakes or miscommunication that have happened and definitely make it right. As long as they continue to work out the kinks and are willing to make things right I will say it’s a pretty great company. To be clear none of the issues we have had have been major just a problem with everyone being on the same page and I definitely chop all that up to being new. A few hiccups are expected in the beginning I think it’s how they handle them that proves whether they are a good company and so far I am satisfied with that.

Great Service

Our technician is always Wyatt. Professional, friendly, reliable and does his job extremely well. He is so thorough. Core should be thankful that they have someone like him. He's great!!! He provides awesome service. Now, the rest of the company as an update I think the company is overpriced and customer service needs to be much better. The office does not really answer phones and you have to leave a message. You don't always receive a phone call back. Now how I was told things would be by one of the owners, Colton, when we signed up. You have to be on a contract with them which is a negative. I'm not sure if I will renew with them. I would consider staying for Wyatt and Wyatt only, but a more reasonable rate needs to get discussed or I will probably discontinue services.

Professional and Pleasant

So far Core has been fabulous and worth the investment. Techs have done a great job making sure we are satisfied both exterior and interior if needed.

We love our service. The two techs that come to our house Kingston and Wyatt. Very professional. Very polite. They get in they get the job done. Couldn’t be happier .

Great services and great people. I rarely ever have pest issues and when I do they send someone out immediately to help. Very easy to work with and very professional. Worth every penny.

I’ve been real happy with the performance and quality of work of Core Pest Solutions over the past year that they have been servicing my residence. Before they started, I was having issues with bugs and roaches in the house. Nothing major but ever so often I believe they were coming in through the plumbing somehow. Once they came out and did their thing, I haven’t seen the first bug or cockroach in the house or anywhere around the perimeter of my property lol. Honestly, I was a little skeptical about how good of a job they would do of eliminating the bugs and roaches, but they did it! We are very happy with the professionalism of the people coming out and servicing the property also. We highly recommend them!

Technician rang my doorbell to let me know he was here. I asked him to also treat the indoor area this time. He was very professional and courteous.

Was caught off guard at my house by a sales person & given many guarantees that I’m not sure are performed. They do not call to arrange a time for service. However, this month they did text me the morning of & I could not b there when the technician arrived. And now I have another month with no garage pest management. I did try to cancel & was told I was in a 12-month contract. The service is expensive. When my contract ends, I will leave Core for sure! Beware

When my wife and I first moved into our new home, Core Pest Solutions was the first company to reach out, and we appreciated that. I can’t speak to the quality of their pest control work, only to my experience with their customer service. A young salesman came by while I was working remotely. He questioned if I was really the homeowner because I “looked too young,” which felt unnecessary and a bit offensive. I mentioned early on that I needed to get back to my work, but he kept pushing for me to sign up for an expensive monthly service right away, saying they’d be back the next day to do the actual work. He also used fear tactics and over explained things like I knew nothing at all about pests. I ended up signing in the moment after being walked into a corner but later canceled because of this situation. I’m sure not every salesperson is like this, but this experience wasn’t a good one and we decided not to move forward with Core Pest Solutions.

I do not recommend! They will tell you they’re giving you a discount for a one time service and have your card set up on a recurring payment! When the spray didn’t kill anything but ants.

My dog as well as my neighbors dog both died a week after having yall come service our yards. Another neighbors dog also got extremely sick!! When I tried to cancel with them they’re trying to charge a $700 fee to cancel. Please NEVER SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICES. COMPLETE SCAM!

Warning About Core Pest Greenville I want to advise my people about Core Pest Greenville. Based on my experience, they do not provide effective insect spraying or pest control services as needed. They are not a professional pest control company, and their service quality is questionable. Additionally, they do not openly disclose that you're essentially locked into a 12-month contract, and they may charge for services that are not actually performed. I strongly do not recommend using their service. Please be cautious and consider other, reputable pest control options for your home. Your peace of mind and property safety are worth it!

Great customer service! But whatever they are spraying.....It's attracting all types of bugs. You cant cancel bc you're locked in a contract. They charge you every month, but only come out every 3 months. Ever since I've got them, I'm getting eaten alive in the house. Spiders are everywhere. Crickets in my bathroom. The only bug I haven't seen yet is a Roach 🪳! Do not get this service!

Awful company. Salesman got me because all my neighbors were switching to them. I had a bug infestation after switching to them and asked them to come out - they never showed up telling me that the tech came out and called me. I work from home and so does my partner. No one came. Not to mention I’ve been trying to cancel for days and no one is able to help me with that. Now they are saying there’s an early termination fee. They gaslight me into thinking people called and showed up when I know for a fact that never happens. It’s impossible to get them on the phone. I’m so disappointed with this company and am trying to switch back to my previous company as soon as anyone from this company contacts me back. Seriously way too much competition in this field to be going with someone who doesn’t even communicate with their clients. I’d steer clear.

Horrible!! Guy showed up to my door about services. Never mentioned that this was gonna be a yearly thing. I never paid anything they left and sent me a bill anyway saying that they had sprayed. I paid that bill and told them I didn’t want the service and they say it would be a penalty. I told them it was never mentioned a year of service and I don’t want it and here today I received another bill. They can do all the services they want but they won’t get another dime out of me. Do not sign up with them PLEASEEEE!!!!
