Me and my team were working in Greenville removing a large masonry sign base at an apartment complex. We disturbed a fire and nest and I have never seen that many fire ants, we had to abandon the job until we could get someone to assist. I found arkadia pest control and they had Andrew call me, he was polite, informative and went to the site even though it was after 5.. we went back the next morning and no more fire ants! We completed the job and moved on. Arkadia and Andrew were amazing, affordable, and great to work with. They saved the job for us! Thanks Andrew!!

Andrew with Arkadia has provided 5 star service from the start! We are new home owners and this was our first time doing anything with pest control. I knew we wanted to use Arkadia immediately after the first free home inspection. Andrew gave detailed information all about the potential and evident pests, how to help avoid them in the future, and even shared pictures of what he saw. He is obviously an expert in his field and gave us different plan options to fit our needs and budget. I felt like he is truly looking out for our best interests and that of our home. PLUS it’s Eco friendly! What more could you ask for? I would give them an 11/10 if I could!

We have been using Arkadia for about 8 years now at our previous and current home. We initially went with them because even though we want to keep insects out of our home, I don't want to eradicate them from my surrounding ecosystem. Arkadia takes the right approach and respects the environment; that's very important to my family and me.

Professional technicians and I’m always so amazed at their composure when dealing with pests. We live out in the country so we have a lot of bugs and mice and they have taken down a few wasp nests for us and they don’t even flinch, meanwhile I run away and hide behind a corner and watch them replace our mouse traps and take down those wasp nests! They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I have the monthly subscription and I feel more at peace knowing I can call them and they’ll send someone over to deal with those darn pests! My only complaint is that it is so hard to get in touch with a person when you call them. I always have to leave a voicemail and have someone call me back, and when you’re working 12-hour shifts in the ER, playing phone tag can be a bit frustrating. Otherwise love them!

Arkadia promptly came when scheduled. They fully and effectively treated the wasp nest with 2 visits. Wasps have not returned. Highly recommend.

We have used Arkadia for a long time. They have treated both at our residential and rental properties and office spaces. They are prompt, very professional and very knowledgeable and passionate. They do their work deligently. They are very reasonable and the best thing is they always use safe products around the house and around pets! Arkadia is great. We have been a customer for years. They respond quickly and do what they need to do to solve your pest problems. Gerald did an excellent job finding where the mice were coming in! He was also very professional and nice.

They were so responsive & came over the next day after contacting them. I was so grateful! Andrew(the technician) was very prompt, professional, & friendly! He explained how bugs get in, how to keep them away & why they are the places they are. They only use GREEN products & that made me feel very comfortable because my 1&1/2 y/o grandson lives with us & we were concerned about toxic chemicals around. Love this company & will definitely use them in the future!

Excellent service

We had wasps outside. Usually get centipede’s inside. Gerald, always comes to the house and sprays for everything. He’s very courteous, professional and friendly.

Vertical respectful and professional about the situation on mice over running my house mouse traps weren't working but these guys cam in and took care of the problem within a few days and I havnt seen a mouse since excellent work don't.

Been dealing with this cockroach issue ever since I moved into my house a few years back (via traditional extermination methods) and after countless trial and errors on top of having to worry about all the chemicals that were being sprayed on my wall I decided to take a different course of action. So I called into Arkadia and was immediately greeted with friendly customer service, they were even able to work around my busy work schedule to pin down a time to discuss treatment plans, a couple days later as scheduled I was “Greeted&Treated” at a competitive cost, not to mention the peace of mind that my house was getting treated with essential oils and not harmful chemicals, I’ve never felt more comfortable in my own home. In short if you like fast & efficient service at a great low cost you need to give these guys a call!

I’ve used with Arkadia pest control service for 5 years and it’s been always perfect quality of service. If you have loved and younger kids or pets, they are the the ones because they always uses eco friendly treatment. They took care of my carpenter bee problem on the side of house every spring and ants control inside of house. Easy set up service schedule and everyone is professional to know which treatment is needed. Highly Recommended Arkadia service with yearly basis subscription and it’s worth to have it.

What an amazing company! It’s hard to find a truly eco-friendly pest control company, but they are the real deal. Having a pet previously, and now having a baby, it’s so important to keep my home bug and pest free without worrying about harmful chemicals being sprayed in my home. Friendly, professional, and timely service. Their techs are always wonderful and very careful and respectful in my home as well. I’m definitely due for another service and will be calling them now that summer is right around the corner. 100% recommend!

We used ARKADIA last year during the beginning of summer for some ant issues in our laundry room. We loved that it was natural and wanted to give it a try. They were very professional and checked the house thoroughly inside and out. The ants did not return that season, so I believe it worked!
