This company deserves every bit of 5 stars. The heater fans performed exactly as promised, and the quality is top-notch. What really impressed me the most though was their customer service - Gina was very responsive, understanding and genuinely caring! She is very knowledgeable as well. This purchase was life changing for me through a very difficult time. I’m so thankful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable heat-treatment equipment.

Gina and her staff were very accommodating. We realized we had a bed bug problem during the wknd ...and they made themselves available late Saturday evening for us to pick up a heater and return it 24 hours later Sunday evening. They explained everything thoroughly so that when we got home and set it up there were no hiccups. The heater did it's job very well - heating the room to 140 degrees. Very happy with product & service!

This is a great service! We discovered bed bugs in a property we own. After calling several pest-control companies the price for coming out and using the heaters was $2500 to $4000 with only a 30 day guarantee. They gave us a fair price for rental of the heater units delivered to our property. It was easy, setting everything up with their guidance. Heater Rental Pro made this ultra expensive ordeal bearable and affordable. They also seem to genuinely care about helping people. With the pest control people it was "take it or leave it" and finance their one time service for the next 18 months!
