Beware. I was not explained anything properly, how it works, anything. Paid for my first service over the phone with a card and then they decided to keep it on file and continue charging it without my permission. I was paying monthly but they only come out every 2 or 3 months. Then tried to cancel services and they said I had to pay $290 as states in contract. After calling customer service ( who was extremely rude and very unhelpful) they 'escalated' my claim only for them to realize I never signed any contract. Every pest is an upcharge. They merged with Aruza Pest and that seems to be the downfall. I reccomend trying anyone other than this company.

Stay away from this company very dishonest and unprofessional interesting tactic they use to keep customers. THERE’S A LOT BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE. If you look at their reviews speaks a lot about their experience and work. they’re scamming so much people. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will do what ever to keep you in or you’ll end up paying their ‘“low contract fee”’ Please resolve ur issues.

Had a great initial experience with evergreen. Our technician Alex was super friendly and helpful around our chaos. Although our initial interaction was well over time contact became less frequent and we started seeing bugs around our property within a year of using their services. Not as thorough as I would have liked from a pest company in the end.

Several scheduled visits that they never showed up for. Sometimes when they showed up they did a nice job cleaning up spiderwebs and other obvious pest nests but most of the time they did not. Treatments did not seem to be very effective. Overall very disappointing

Tyler and Nate both did a very good job, knowledgeable about the insects, pests etc.. native to Virginia, and did a thorough job of protecting our home inside and out, including brushing the eves and spraying the decorative brick. While brushing down the ceiling of our deck, Nate found a pretty big Wolf spider with a large sack of eggs on her back. We were amazed they found it, could have had a lot of baby spiders running around! Just a note, our home was sprayed by another company only a month ago, so I guess that didn’t work out too well! I would recommend this company. Especially enjoyed talking with these two employees!

Customer for over 2 years, were great at first. Started experiencing more and more pests in/around home. We are to move and have had many many spiders (including black widows) in the house/garage around our 4 young children. We called to schedule our last pest service and then we were going to cancel after that month (because of the move.) They schedule us then transfer us to a cancelling representative who then cancels the service (which had been scheduled and was inside of the month we had already paid for.) We called back and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and if we wanted someone to come out they would have to reactivate our account and then they couldn’t come out for 3 weeks (after we move.) Pretty disappointing service after they told us what solid customers we were over 2 years.

Stay away. This company is nothing but a money grab. They charge me monthly but never actually do any work. Their termite guy tried to make me sign an agreement without my knowledge or consent. When I contacted their manager about this, they did not seem to care, only said " I'm sorry to hear that...". It blows my mind that their management do not care at all about a sleazy salesperson that they have on staff . They do not care about you or your property.

In the agreement that was sent to you directly after we initiated service, it states that we come every quarter to do a routine treatment. There are so many people moving to the area they should beware of this service. They are expensive and undependable, they don’t spray both inside and outside of your home as scheduled and contracted. Emergencies that they’re supposed to respond to immediately take 4-6 weeks to respond. This was disappointing and unsatisfactory experience and hopefully this will spare someone else a similar experience. The contracts are extremely long and they are high pressure sales folks that don’t give you time to consider options.

Only gave one star because I had to. The have been non responsive for 2 months and have not came to my home in several. I have requested that they spray in the home as that is what I pay for. Spiders and bugs outside galore.. I’m 2 years in and have not experienced this until now. I cannot get a response to my texts or phone calls. I’m looking to terminate and work with someone else at this point.

Hello Toneisha, I have been looking over your account. I see that we have reached out to you multiple times and you keep hanging up on our agents when we call. Industry standard is every 90 days for spraying. These are also rules and regulations laid out by the department of agriculture. We do have a warranty program included in your agreement where we can come out and spot treat issues in between services. If you have any further questions feel free to reach out.
We have been loyal customers of Evergreen and have mostly been satisfied with the people who come to our house to spray, but the people who are in the office know nothing about your account and have straight up lied to us. We have been calling for almost 3 weeks now to request our already paid for mosquito treatment and they have yet to come to our house or return our call. I would never recommend going back with this company.

Please take time and review the contract. I had been a customer for about a year and initially called multiple times about the ant product. They did come out and spot treat the piles but the product is supposed to be preventative. After multiple trips, they finally realized they had not treated in the initial application. Still having problems with the ants, but now have mosquitoes and roach problems that I recently called about. I decided it is better to just cancel so I called this AM and they offered a discount to stay. I appreciated the offer but I told them it was not about the money but the actual service. They pulled up my account and said that I needed to pay $381 to cancel because of the initial discount on the application even though they knew it was not fully performed. I told them that it should tell them something about their Company that I am willing to pay $381 to not use their service. Please make sure that you read the contract and I would recommend that you not use Evergreen. Definite lesson learned for me.

Would give 0 stars. Salesman lied to my face about the contract and how it would be when I cancelled service. They do not care about customers. Strictly a business that wants your money and the worst customer service.

If I could rate this company a zero I would. This company does not care about its customers. Due to financial reasons we needed to cancel our service. When my husband contacted the company he was told that we had one more month in our contract and that if we don’t pay for that month we will be charged $350 and if they don’t receive that money they will send it to collections. Update 2 days after original review: The day after I posted the original review the owner posted that I should call the company and speak to him about the problem. So yesterday I called to speak with him. I was told by a representative that they would give us one free month and only be charged for one more $50 payment for the last month in a 2 year contract. I asked to speak to the owner as he had requested. I was told that he would call me back. I did not receive a call and today that withdrew $350 from my husband’s bank account. As I said in my original review this company does not care about it’s customers and even lies to them!

I regret using this company. When I originally signed up with this company. They said they could accommodate us with a time of after 5:30. But that was a lie because then they would say that they don't have a technician available for that time. Even though that was why I signed up with them. Like clockwork, they take the money out of my account. But do you think that they show up on the days that they make my appointments for. Nope. The last few times the technician has called out because they were either sick or having some type of emergency. How is that my problem? They should've had another technician to fill in. And they say we're sorry, but we don't have control over the technicians. That doesn't help me, especially when I take my time/fiancé's time to call out from Work so that they can perform their service. If I pay for a service on time every month, then I expect the same type of commitment from them when it comes to showing up for the appointment. And then in order to cancel the service plan you have to pay $221. Never again will I use this company and I will be leaving negative reviews on every platform. That way I can save People from the headache of dealing with these crooks. If these guys come knocking at your door, trust me tell them no thank you and close the door in their face.

Notice how all the 5 star reviews are from new clients or only interactions with the salespeople who beg for a review. Our sales person was great too, and promised we would not be charged with a cancellation if we moved, as we move frequently. We signed the 2-year contract and should have had them write a note that they promised this. They charge you a ridiculous $400+ dollar fee for the first application but give you a “$364” discount if you commit to two years (terrible business model). They spent less than 20 minutes at our house the first time and it did not cost them over $400 to perform their service. From then on they came every 3 months and we were charged $200 every visit for them to spend 5 minutes (I timed it) drizzling chemical around our house. We have to move now so we asked to speak to a manger to see if they would pro-rate or waive our $364 cancellation fee as we have used them for over a year now. Instead we got a flippant voicemail from the manager who charged our account with the $364 fee without our permission. And they also charged us for our last $200 service and never showed up to spray! So now I’ve payed them $564 for nothing. Run, don’t walk from this company. They overcharge, are uncaring, and their chemicals wear off quickly and bugs return anyway.

Not only are the sales people pushy but the technician asked for a google review while completing the service inside of my home. He even asked to hold my phone to show me where to do the review and then stood there wanting me to give him 5 stars. When I requested to cancel after one treatment I was told if I didn’t pay the “discount” I received back I could not cancel. So over $500 later and I received one treatment that didn’t even kill the bugs outside my home. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I would bet most of the 5 star reviews they receive are because their technicians are told to ask for them on the initial visit. I was also told don’t bother calling the better business bureau as they do not pay for a rating and do not respond to their claims.

We have our warranty program should you have a need in between those services we will send someone out to take care of it and no additional cost. We have several verification methods when it comes to our agreement. You verified and signed before we started anything. We do ask for reviews, you have the right to refuse to leave one or as you did here, come on and leave one about your experience. What does this sign mean to you? Assuming by your door to door scooter people, this means: Riding scooters through our yard as you please Waiting at my driveway for my wife to get out of her car and then walking up to her as she gets out baby out of the car. Being told that we are not interested multiple times while continuing to say you’re not a salesman. Messaged the Facebook page and all of my messages were read. They weren’t kind either. Still, no response from whoever represents the company on the page. I sent videos of all interactions and have explicitly voiced my opinion on solicitation. No respect.

This guy came to our house to sell the service. He was very pushy and my husband had to tell him three times that we had someone with another company. He didn't have business cards. Also caught him on our ring camera peeping in our car. Made us uncomfortable. Edited: In response to the reply...I can't post the entire ring camera video but YES he was looking into our car. Our neighborhood watch group has also multiple complaints about your sales reps and how aggressive and rude they are.

Once again, this company has a total disregard for LEGALLY POSTED NO SOLICITATION signs that were placed there by Anderson County, SC. This young lady refused to leave the neighborhood after being respectfully asked to do so. Therefore, Anderson County Sheriff's Office SC was dispatched to escort her out. They were extremely professional, unlike this joke of a company. Our neighborhood is filled with elderly people that do not need to be needlessly answering the door knock from a solicitor. One of your worker bees paid our neighborhood an unsolicited visit. Our neighborhood has a strict NO SOLICITING policy, which is clearly and legally posted at the entrance. The main reason being is our neighborhood is 95% elderly people, most are handicapped in some way and use walkers or wheelchairs to move about. Erroneous knocks on the door cause them undue stress and strain, and all for nothing once they see an unwanted solicitor. Your employee Haylee Robbins gleefully trotted throughout our neighborhood after being told to stop soliciting and to leave by multiple residents because she was illegally trespassing on their property. She arrogantly refused, and proceeded to disrespectfully argue with multiple residents and continue her unwanted solicitation. Multiple residents were forced to call Anderson County Sheriff, and a police officer had to ultimately command her to leave the neighborhood, all while she verbally argued with the officer. Your employee Haylee Robbins was snobby, arrogant, and downright unprofessional. Stay out of our neighborhood, and stop illegally trespassing onto people's property. If someone wants pest control services, they'll Google it and call them. It's 2021. No one wants to be disturbed at their home.

I have to come back and change my review. I originally left a good review, I was fairly satisfied with the service, but was incredibly happy with the contract flexibility. However, that changed and I can no longer recommend this company. They were new to the area, and came to our house offering 2 year contract services. However, we had planned to move, so the technician and his manager worked directly with us for a custom contract to only last for the time we were there. As I said, for the actual service, we were happy with the results. Following our move, I reached out to the company to let them know we had relocated and no longer needed their services. However, they had deleted the digital version of our custom contract off of their website, removing any evidence of the custom service window. They continued to service a property that we no longer lived at, and were charging us for the services. Thankfully, I had kept both the physical as well as a digital version of the contract. When I called to try to get the account straightened out, I was told not only would I have to pay the services from when we did not live there, I would also have to pay part of the “remaining time in my two year contract” (which didn’t exist, and they could not prove existed) as well as a cancellation fee. We attempted to provide them the contract we had, but they “lost it in their email” several times. It wasn’t until we threatened legal action that they compromised, and while we still paid the services for an empty property, they waived the remaining costs. Consider it a win to get them to leave us alone
