After 5 years of great service, we haven't been able to get a response from Carolina Pest to come out and do our termite inspection. I've emailed and called 4 or 5 times over the last few months, and nobody has responded. Now, our warranty is expired and we're having to pay a huge amount to have another company come out and recertify our home. Their lack of response is costing us big time. Do not use this company!

We used this service during a home purchse. We initially just got a home termite inspection. But since we were going through the VA we had to call Nathaniel back a few days later and ask him to come back out and inspect every structure on the property. He was very understanding and accommodating to our tight schedule. Nathaniel and John both were very knowledgeable and Professional. I am very happy with the service.
