We've been using Bug Killers since we purchased our first home in the upstate and have been thoroughly satisfied with their services. They are friendly, always on time, respectful of our property and have always listened to any concerns we have. Highly recommend

Called this business and spoke to a nice lady who really spoke highly of Josh Compton and his services. Stated that he would get rid of our problem in one visit and if not then he would come back in about a month and spray again. When he was here he informed us that he would call us in a month and if we saw anything then he would return and do a follow-up spray. One month later and his services are needed again because we still have the problem. He has now informed us that it will be $150 for him to return and do a follow up spray. This was NOT conveyed to us in any shape, form or fashion at the time that 2 different people said that he would come back in 1 month and do a follow up spray. Now I do not have $150 more after paying him an initial $250 the first time he came to supposedly get rid of the problem in the first place. Now we are having to figure out how to rid of the situation ourselves which is what we were doing in the beginning. Please pray for us to be able to get this under control and people watch where you vacation because this could be you when you return home.

My wife and I were very pleased with our overall experience using Bug Killers. Josh and his crew were very friendly, respectful of our home and gave us important recommendations on what we could do to keep termites and pests away. They warranty the termite treatment and we plan on continuing to use them for periodic treatments. We will gladly recommend this company to friends and family!
