Last year we used their fire ant service, and it was great throughout the winter. No fire ants were found. Halfway through this year, they notified us that they needed a second service, but I refused because we were planning to use our termite control company to deal with the fire ants. But they said that when I signed the first service last year, they wanted me to do the second service. They are all about up selling you and taking your money. I paid $300 for them to come once a week to take care of our problem. They made it a point to be sure they came within 7-10 business days or the process wouldn't work. They failed to come in that time, and I always had to be the one to reach out. Finally spoke to manager got a "free" visit for the troubles and still had to finish my initial visits. Again failed to come. Or call. They do not make you a priority once they have your money.

I can not give this 5 stars because the contract that I had to sign should be against the law. It is only valid from the signing date to the end of the calendar year. A contract should run for a FULL year. If you sign it in January you would get almost a full year. I signed in June being cheated out of 6 months of service. NOT FAIR!!!! and still had to pay the full annual rate. No discount for partial year. NOT FAIR AND SHOULD NOT BE LEGAL!!!!
