Moving into my own house at such a young age has proven to me how much I don't know about home ownership. I never realized my HOA didn't provide pest control sprays or have a company that we could contact to do them for us. So when I saw some unwanted bugs in my home I called Pinpoint and they put me on the schedule right away! Dave and Autumn were as nice as can be and did an amazing job spraying my home. Not only that I had been struggling with ants on my counter tops and Dave came up with a solution on the spot to ensure those were taken care of too. We were having a problem with German roaches at our condo. We have regular monthly service and they were getting nothing done. We gave pinpoint a call and that afternoon they sent out David. He came over and walked us through the whole process and got to work. With the thorough job he did this was the first night we didn’t have bugs running across our counters! My dog Charlie had been bringing fleas into the house and I couldn’t get it under control. So I called Dave at Pinpoint Pest Management and he came right out and took care of the problem. He told me what to wash my dog with and explained what he was putting out on my property and why. They are very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. I will be calling them for all my pest control needs.
