Call to get a quote for pest removal service. Waited a week with no response. Called again and had to wait 2 more days to be called back and told they were no longer accepting any new customers new customers. That is ridiculous.

Wonderful organization with caring and helpful employees who are dedicated to helping those in need of their services. Highly recommend!

Excellent service

Angel is amazing! Always thorough and always on time. He is very helpful with any questions or concerns. I love the facts that what they use is safe for humans and pets. Robin in the office is awesome to work with. Their prices are very reasonable for the service you receive. If you are looking for a local company that treats you like family this is the company to use.

We have used Guardian for pest control in and around our home near the beach for the last year +. Angel is our usual technician. He is very professional. He always asks if we are having any concerns and then proceeds to treat our home inside and out. We had "palmetto " bugs and some ants when we first moved in. Haven't seen any in about 6 months. Treatments are pet safe! Angel was here this afternoon....another excellent experience.

Our technician was angel. He was very pleasant professional and thorough. So hard to get good customer service nowadays he was great! The girls at the office are always sweet and responsive. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs any kind of pest services.

Communication needs improvement. My technician was late and I called the office to find out if he was coming. They told me his signal was not good and he could not call me. Well the office should have called to let me know. I had to have an inspection per the VA and its unique to them. I was a little irritated that it consisted of the technician doing a visual inspection around my pipes indoors and without probing they could not guarantee there are absolutely no termites. So it's another way the government is wasteful and finds a way of spending your money.

This company is terrific! They were very understanding (Robin) and helped me with a problem with the "Palmetto" Bugs that were invading my home. A word of advice to new homeowners, call these folks so they can do preventative pest control for your home. It is well worth it and they are very reasonably priced!

Jacob came by did my termite inspection, politely wearing a mask. Very knowledgeable clean-cut and friendly service.

I love Myrtle Beach but not the Palmetto bugs. Moved here from the Northeast and we didn’t have giant roaches there. Ugh! I lucked out when I called Guardian. Robin talked me off the ledge. I was super impressed with the customer service. Most importantly my condo is bug free thanks to Guardian. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. If you are squeamish about bugs reach out to this company. They have kept me here in Myrtle..

Staff are always professional and personable, never worried about them coming into my home or around my pets. Home office additionally highly satisfactory. They also came out emergently to get rid of what they called a Zipper Spider, my family and I called it terrifying. Also placed chemicals for Fire Ant Mounds on the outside of my property. Home visitor Jacob was professional and not even afraid of my 3 Golden Retrievers, he did a fine job when faced with excessive barking.

Angel gave us great service. Very friendly and professional with his service. Got one of the rats bothering us from under the house, definitely would recommend and use again.

Angel Torres came out to our home to give us an estimate on pest control. He was nice, friendly, was punctual/on time, had a great attitude and a wonderful personality! He is an all around great guy! Angel is extremely informative on handling pest that may enter our home. He gave me a check off list of all the things we would need to do before and after pest treatment. Angel also did great with my hyper and mischievous 2 year old son and our hyper dog too 😂 I would definitely recommend him to anyone who are in need of protecting their home from pest!

After calling several companies I chose Guardian Termite & Pest Services and I am so glad I did. From the first phone call they were the most knowledgable and took my concerns for our pets seriously, specifically our 20 yr old Blue and Gold Macaw parrot. Shy and Jimmie visited our home and gave me an overview of what services they provide and what chemicals they use, including a natural organic for the bird room. They were professional, very thorough and friendly. I highly recommend them.
