I first spoke to Jamie Graham just a few days ago to get an estimate on property in Myrtle Beach, and after just a few minutes on the phone, I was convinced I was dealing with a consummate professional and a genuine individual. Jamie delivered a comprehensive appraisal of our problem, a strategy for resolving it, and a promise of immediate attention. Yesterday Jamie arrived ahead of his crew member Sean, fully prepared with all the items needed for treatment, and we continued the conversation we had begun previously when I first contacted Absolute Pest. As someone who has been in Myrtle Beach every summer of my life, I fully appreciated Jamie's connection to his roots and his love of South Carolina. Our conversation was all over the map, but it confirmed what I had expected at the outset, namely that Jamie was candid, trustworthy, conscientious, genuine and charming. He hit it off immediately with all of the tenants we spoke with at our location. Absolute Pest is a rare find these days of corporate business where customers hardly ever make the connection with business owners that Jamie made possible from the start.

After using absolute pest for years on my other property I hired them to spray another house and crawlspace. The tech was over 20 min late. When he got there he refused to spray the crawlspace as agreed. His 1st words were I know that lady at the office told you we would spray your crawalspace but we dont do that. I called the company and the owner would not come to the phone and his wife yelled and screamed saying she knows her business but for some reason forgot they don't spray crawalspaces. I am canceling my business with this company.

They are extremely rude and stink at what they do. They have come to my house twice in the past month and today I had 4 LIVE roaches in different places. I keep my house clean.
