If I could give 0 stars, I would. Technician came out and sold me on a 3 step treatment. He completed the first treatment that day. The technician was supposed to come back in two weeks, but did not come. I called the technician a couple of weeks later who said the office had switched territories for the technicians and someone would call me the next day. No one called. I called the office the next week and asked for my money back. Sean Lewis, branch manager, refused to refund my money.

I Paid $300 for someone to staple screens to my mother’s house and put a few traps in the crawl space. The guy was supposed to come back in two weeks to check the traps but we had to call him to get him back out there. My mom lives in SC so I thought a big company like Terminix would be a good bet to have snakes removed from her house. Costly mistake! When the guy came back out he had an attitude and said to my mother that she got a deal! Please avoid this company’s wildlife service at all costs
