We have had a horrible drain fly problem since the weather turned hot. We tried to fix it ourselves with the little red apples, then tried a renowned professional pest control firm, and finally contacted The Do It Yourself Pest Control store in Anderson, SC. He said, absolutely use 'Gentrol Complete'. He gave us full instructions and made sure that we understood them. He also recommended other products for other pests, like mosquitos, and we will definitely be back for those, because 24 hours later... No More Drain Flys! I'm bad with names, but Thank You Sir!!! You have won a customer!!!

Kevin is very informative. All questions I had about my bug problems were promptly answered in a timely fashion. I feel smarter after going here. Definitely going to come back again in the future.

Any time I have a pest issue this is my go-to place! Kevin is awesome at explaining what I need to purchase and how to use it. However, this most recent visit told me all I need to know about the character of Kevin and this business. I came in with a new-to-me problem and when he explained to me what product I needed, it was one I already had on-hand from a previous visit. He then explained to me how to use it for my new-to-me problem and sent me out without any additional product. Most businesses would have still tried to sell you something that you may or may not have needed. I also REALLY appreciated him listening to me about the fact that I didn't feel comfortable placing the chemical on surfaces in my kitchen, and he gave me a WONDERFUL way to work around that. The ants were gone within 24 hours!

The proprietor was very friendly & knowledgeable. He lead me to the exact product I needed. After one application 95% of my pest problem is gone. Product works fabulously. With any future pest problem I’ll be returning to this business for fantastic results.

Prices are ridiculously high. Was quoted $200 for what I "needed" and got the exact same product online for $30.

I went today $11/16/22. I purchased a 63.13 container of Talstar. All I had was a $100 dollar bill. The man said he did not have change that I needed to go to Quik Trip to get change. I went across the street to get Change. When I got back to pay I saw he had enough change to give me back. He was not very friendly. I have never been to a business that could not give you change back. Poor customer service. He said I was the first customer today that had cash. And also if I paid in cash Why did I have to fill my name, address and phone number on a receipt. Just not necessary.

The Man who works at this location was not friendly at all so I just left.He look at me like why she had to come in hear. I told him I only had 165 to spend he literally pick up a bottle that was 175 dollars and said I guess you can't afford to get ride of your problem than .Than I ask if I could look around for something cheaper and he said No thiswhat you need get .I rolled my eyes and just walked out.

The man highly recommended product after asking some questions. I have used this product for several applications and has yet to kill anything!!! Extremely disappointed especially after the price I paid for the product. Will not recommend

My Mom had a income tax service for 45 years did great work but the thing that made her sussessful was her personality if you don't have a great personality at least try to fake it make people feel welcome when they come in iyour business

Nice guy but limited selection and high prices. Better than Lowes or Home Depot and much more knowledgeable about pests. I have them a 3 because I am a Pest Control guy and used to the big chemical companies like Univar with huge selections and low prices for certified technicians. Just didn't want to drive to Spartanburg. If you're not a technician but just a resident I would rate them 4 or 5 for the knowledge that they can provide you.

Idk what me and my girlfriend did to the guy working there ....i got there right as they opened when we walked in he looked at us like what do yall want ....i asked him about a rodent trap he pointed to one....i said i don't think its big enough and asked if he knew a place were i might could get one because I just moved here and don't know the area...he hit me with a hard "NO".....So then we purchased some $150 pesticide because I got a bug infested property to remodel about to start the man seriously acted as if he didn't even want us talking to him very unpleasant.....and akward. Maybe he had a ruff night idk...if i even go back id hope for a better experience

The man working there was more interested in selling a plan with the exterminator, wonder why the sign says "diy".
