Technician was courteous and willing to schedule a time that would be during a less busier time period.

We noticed some ant piles around our pool as well as some other pests. I called the Anderson office and immediately got a response. Someone came out to our house a week later and did an extensive walk around/ assessment. It was very thorough and professional. The next week we had all our ant piles treated. Even when a couple more piles came back up a couple days later, they came back and treated those for no extra charge. Thanks to Compass Pest Management, we no longer worry about those awful pests around our home!

I recently changed to Compass Pest Management for all of our pest control. Today our service provider showed up and explained what he would be doing today. He asked me if I had any specific issues. We walked the property together and he then began his service. After completion he stopped by and told me he found no real issues that I may have missed. He told me to call if anything popped up and Compass would comeback and solve the issue. I am happy with my selection of Compass!

Great experience and thorough Termite reinspection. We’re just waiting for our emailed report. Previous company that sold out needs to provide Compass with pertinent information about our termite contract. Mapping of treatment , etc.. Not the fault of Compass.
