Excellent service. Technician identified himself and stated what he was doing. Completed services promptly, and let me know when he was finished. I have been using Mosquito Squad of RI for many years. All of the technicians are terrific. This visit was performed by a young man who exceptionably polite and did a great job.

Our technician did a superb job in our yard today, pleasant and thorough . We are very happy with our natural spray service. We had one week when we had a few mosquitos and they were out the next day spraying the yard. Highly recommend Mosquito Squad!

Super quick response, we found a GIANT wasp nest in our backyard. That night we filled out an inquiry and they called back almost immediately. Gave a fair price (we got a few quotes) and available to come within 2 days. Zach was professional,great and got the job done pretty quickly.

I have been a customer of Mosquito Squad for 3 years. I live out in the woods in a very rural area. They do a great job and I have never had a problem with them. My two kids are both born in August and every year we have a HUGE birthday party for them, over 70 people. In the past, Mosquito Squad had been helpful and flexible in having their guys come the week before the party. This year, my scheduled service was happening the week after the party. I called to move it back a week and was told that it was impossible to do so. However, for an additional (discounted) rate of $79 I could schedule an additional service. Re-scheduling the service had never been an issue in the past and I was so discouraged that they weren't more flexible to my needs. Even though their product works well, just beware that you are stuck to a strict 5 week service schedule!

I have no idea if he came buy he didn't knock or call me I was expecting a meet and greet and walk him around the area of the house and if he came where is the your sign to show advertisement for your business not only when you spray for my what I know from my in-laws is that you leave a poster in the front yard so other neighbors can see and get the idea hey maybe we should call these people but like I said I don't recall seeing a guy today I don't call him come and spraying I don't know if he did or not I didn't get them on camera cuz I have a ring device and I didn't get a knock at the door or a phone call I was home all day I would like a meet and greet with the gentleman that's coming to spray and if you did I don't see how or where

Not worth the money. Staff show up, do what they think is necessary and leave. Then you go out that evening to enjoy dinner, get eaten alive. Spoke to the manager last year and he was all sorts of excuses. Will take my money somewhere else. Good luck!

Ultimately I ended up canceling the contract before the year was over and switched back to TruGreen. The mosquito spray treatment just didn’t work, in fact it appeared to attract mosquitos. The office staff, while very professional and friendly also keep making errors in regards to the property size and what area was to be treated. The techs that come out to apply the treatments were absolutely outstanding, 5 star employees. They were great to work with. It’s too bad the office and product quality was lacking.

Techs provide professional, prompt and courteous service. We have been experiencing problems sitting outside on our deck at night with mosquitoes. We will be happy when we try to sit there again without a problem after this treatment.

Parker was patient, he returned to the spray areas of concern as directed (5 star for worker) But their spray doesn't work (1 star for company & products). Literally the next 2 days I couldn’t sit outside any longer. What a waste of my $100. SMH. Pure scam.

Does not work, actually I think the mosquito activity increased so bad i cant even put garbage out without getting bit. Hundred dollars on trash.

I called and paid for the whole season on 5/29. The sales woman was very persuasive and sounded very knowledgeable and convinced me to pay for the entire season with all kinds of promises. She was very adamant that we need to get started immediately to mitigate any potential issues with ticks and fleas, and I agreed and was happy to pay for these services. I had Lyme disease for five very long years!!!! I am working in California and my wife reminded me tonight in a phone call that we still have not received any treatments ... I almost felt like I have been scammed and need to call my credit card company to remove the charge. But before I did I decided to call the company tonight and the owner is suppose to call me tomorrow. Let's see what happens and if they make it right. I will follow up.

I am terribly sorry this has happened I did just respond to your call in an email. And the office opens at 9am. My email states that the day you signed up for service the sales associate took it upon themselves to schedule your first treatment that day. This is not protocol. Scheduling handles this to ensure routing and issues like this do not happen. The email further goes on to let you know how sorry for this oversight. We can add you to schedule tomorrow adjust the treatments accordingly and any treatments not used would be refunded. After scheduling was adjusted.<br>Again we are terriblely sorry for confusion on our part. The next treatment scheduled for you was June 19, 21days after the first treatment was scheduled. We have always honored our commitment to Mosquito and tick control. Our sales associate will be reminded on the policy and procedures in places to ensure going forward this does not take place again.
