Very nice, professional and informative
Seems like a good company all around. I wish they had more communication/text messaging letting us know when the employee was going to arrive so we didn’t need to scramble to lock up the puppies but otherwise they do a good job and the grass does look better thank you.

Last year I had a new walkway installed along with new sod for 1/2 of my front yard. It was looking a little fragile after it's first winter and at the recommendation of the sod installer I hired Mission Green to care for it. I have always been hesitant regarding using chemicals mainly because myself and my neighbors all have wells, as well as other concerns. I spoke extensively with "Rob" voicing all of my concerns and told me he would handle everything. The first time the young man came I walked the area I wanted treated stressing to stay away from the well area and also my gardens and bushes. Because I was told it would always be the same service provider for my property I felt good about everything. Next comes a recommendation from Mission Green it's a good idea to treat for grubs. I agree. Two days later I notice something seriously wrong with my Hydrangea bush in the corner of the front yard. It had been poisoned. I immediately called, sent pictures as requested. Their response was I would get a notification when they scheduled "Rob" for a visit. Unfortunately he wasn't available to speak with me. How convenient. This was on a Friday. Nothing the following Tuesday. After being jerked around for a week I called and left a message to not bother coming back. Five minutes later guess who called? You got it. How convenient! After cutting out some of the dead stuff off and almost a week later it doesn't look any better. I'm not sure it will survive at all.

We signed up upon a referral from a family member that has a fantastic lawn. After several months of everything they offered, our back yard started to turn brown. We followed everything they recommended and it continued to turn brown. After getting several professional opinions, it was determined to be chemically burnt. I would very wary of what these folks are putting on your lawn unless you want it burnt like ours.

Reinert,<br>We are sorry you feel we damaged your lawn. In reviewing the account, we completed a soil test during your first visit on May 7th. Once we had the results back from the independent lab we use, we emailed you on June 3rd regarding the recommended soil amendments as you lawn is acidic (very low soil pH) as well as lacking in other nutrients. Unfortunately, though we reached out to you several times regarding this information, we did not hear back from you.<br> <br>From the evaluations done on your lawn during second visit we completed back on June 20th, it was noted that the creeping bentgrass in the area shown in the picture was suffering from heat stress. We recommended a wetting agent to assist with this, but you had declined having that service completed.<br> <br>Finally, on July 29th, you left a voicemail for us to cancel your services effective immediately. Up until this point, we had not heard from you in regards to the dissatisfaction of your lawn. Our team offered to have a manager come out to inspect the lawn, asking what was going on. There were a few emails exchanged and it was offered for a manager to come out again, but we did not hear back. As your account was canceled at this point, we did not just send someone out without approval.<br> <br>In reviewing a text we received from you in late August, you made mention that your long-time landscaper advised we had chemically burned your lawn. While we fully support landscapers and the work they do, they are generally not qualified to advise on chemical applications for the lawn as that is not their area of expertise. This is done quite often and without the actual knowledge of what products were applied.<br> <br>All of this aside, we are happy to work with you to resolve the issues you are experiencing on your lawn. I signed up to use MissionGreen Services, Inc for my lawn care. It was my first year ever using them or anyone. My lawn does look better after a year of their service but I had plenty of issues along the way. My service tech was the absolute worst. I don't believe he ever once looked at my lawn professionally and he trampled over new grass I had planted just as the season started. At the end of summer my yard became overrun with weeds which had me questioning what I was paying for. I'm trying someone new next year.

I have had a lawn care service for two summers. This year, they could not give me a competitive rate for my front yard only ( my dog was frail and he used the back yard), so I called Mission Green. The service is sub par. When I tried to see if I could cancel, they said I could, but did not offer refunds. I am not sure what weed control formula they use, but I have had them come out again for ‘weed treatment’ only to see the weeds flourish. If you like weeds, get Mission Green lawn Service- they are the best at guaranteeing a weed- abundant landscape! All photos below are after the weed treatment service.

This was our first time using mission green. The tech seemed knowledgeable about what was causing the issues with our lawn. They took a soil sample so we'll hope for the best. We like this company so far.
