Unfortunately they break up their business so they cant all receive this review, but please be warned. They sent me the contract of another person and DID NOT inform the other person. I called, texted, and did everything in my power to notify them. When they didnt respond after 72 hours, I called the other person to let them know their information had been compromised. I waited to hear back from the company as I kept getting notifications that they would get back to me, but no one has. When I called after the service and asked for a refund, they pretended they couldnt hear me. When they "could" hear me again, because I literally waited them out not being able to "hear me", I demanded the refund and they said they would forward my request to management. Y'know, like all those other requests I made. So that's definitely happening, Im sure.

This place is a SCAM they take thousands of dollars and do absolutely nothing! They’ve allowed a serious mice infestation to happen and continue now for MONTHS. They take their monthly payment and never actually come out, when trying to reach anyone to resolve this issue NO ONE WILL CONTACT YOU! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE THROWING AWAY MONEY AND HAVE SERIOUS PEST ISSUES! Rentokil, you are the worst and have the WORST customer service with absolutely no accountability!! You will be sued for the constant breach of contract, I am surprised you haven’t been already!!

Very poor customer service. They tell you one thing on the phone and then after you hang up you find out on the follow-up. They did nothing. They don't seem to care they bought out. Ehrlich and the service has been horrible. Horrible horrible and I can't get hold any managers to resolve my issue. I've been a customer of Ehrlich since 1987. It is now in Jeopardy due to this new company buying and they're poor poor poor customer service

Do not get stuck into signing anything with this company. They’re expensive and don’t show up as they promise. Excuses when you complain about treatments not working. If you try to cancel service good luck! Would never do business with these people again.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Our company received a check for an invoice for our company, but no other information. Well, they are not in our system and the invoice does not match anything in our system to apply the payment to. I reached out and spoke w/ Andrea. I explained we did not have service w/ them and we are listed as their vendor and we received a payment, but we needed further information to process it for them. She requested our information, which I gave. She came back and stated she did not see our location for services. I again told her we did not use them, but we were listed as their vendor as in we provide the service to them. She told me she could not help me unless we were in their system for service. I asked if there was an accounts payable office I could speak to and she said no. I asked her to transfer me to speak to someone else and she told me there was no one else and in order for me to speak to someone else, I had to search for another contact for the company. I do not currently have service with your company, but I will NEVER come to this company or any of its subsidiaries if I ever need these services just because of your call representative.
