Don't know anything about their work but their one driver was driving horribly on the road. Racing ,passing on the right-hand side, tailgating... Very unprofessional. The driver was a younger guy that was driving a truck with the license # ZDX-1390 on July 30th

Are you looking for a mediocre pool contractor? ...look no further! These guys are new in the pool business, but never mind that, YOU will be paying for all their mistakes! We chose them because we thought that a Lancaster county contractor would stand behind their work and correct their own mistakes. They've cost us in excess of $25,000 correcting their mistakes. Shame on us for giving them a chance when we knew they were new to the business. BUYER BEWARE!! They should really stick to mowing lawns and cleaning buildings...

We have used Clean Energy for almost 5 years per recommendations by my friend. Each year, the service seems to slip. More weeds, and I surely shouldn't have yo go buy a spray to get rid of weeds if I'm paying for service.

I can't speak for any landscaping service, but carpet cleaning is a different story. Didn't do the entire 1 room I asked for, but still charged full price for 30 mins worth of work, and added extras without making me aware of how much extra they cost. Wanted to put a stop payment on the check, for dissatisfied service, but couldn't. They quickly cashed the check, $170, and would not return my calls when I tried to speak with the manager about the situation.

We contracted with Clean Energy in 2014 to design hardscape and landscape. The hardscape installers worked about 4 hours a day between arriving late and several 1 hour breaks each day. They actually did a very nice job--no problem with the hardscape. But, they fell 3-4 weeks behind schedule and our fall planting ended up in October. The crew planted a bunch of shrubs and trees on a Thursday afternoon because the designer was leaving on vacation on Friday and the owner was suddenly in a hurry to get paid. There was little or no soil preparation. Many of our plants died including 3, 8-10' hemlock trees. We have come to learn that many of those plants are high risk to plant in the fall, especially that late. By springtime, the designer had left the firm, and it was quite difficult to get even minor resolution to our problems. We are about to redo about 75% of this pricey project. Nice to hear that some folks have good experience...we did not. That said, we continue to use CE for minimal lawn maintenance. The fellow who does this work is very pleasant. 2 stars because the hardscape is well done, albeit 3-4 weeks late, which caused huge landscape problems. Unhappy customer--lots of wasted $$$!

Want a company that does great work and is easy to work with, This is the one for you. Our yard never looked better and Clean Energy Staff was wonderful.
