I feel I got bait and switched on the pricing. Quality and overall service is good. I called for bee extermination for my place ($106) and the specialist found another hive at a vacated neighbors place, which I was willing to pay for since it would be for the same price- maybe a little more since it would be bigger they said. $106 went to $265 for the bigger hive and the Douty's is unwilling to negotiate the 150% mark up. 150% is not a little bit in my opinion. So the increase from $212 to $371 caught me off guard and I wasn't too happy about that. I was willing to find some middle ground, but they were not flexible on pricing.

During the inspection, our technician identified a second, significantly larger hive at the neighboring vacant property. As discussed on site, larger or additional hives require more time, labor, and product, which is why the cost was adjusted accordingly.<br><br>We understand that unexpected expenses can be frustrating, and we regret if there was any confusion. However, our pricing is based on the size and complexity of the infestation, not a flat rate per hive. <br><br>We value your recognition of the quality of our work, and we will continue to make transparency and professionalism our priority.

I had such a great experience here! I thought I might have roaches in my apartment, so I called to see if I can bring in the sticky trap with one of the bugs. Even though I came in just a few minutes before they closed, the lady at the front desk took the time to look at it for me and even kept it so a technician could double-check the next day. They called me back to let me know it wasn’t a roach—which gave me such peace of mind—and they did all of this without charging me a thing. The staff was so kind, professional, and patient. I really appreciate how much they cared and I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with a bug concern.
