I feel I got bait and switched on the pricing. Quality and overall service is good. I called for bee extermination for my place ($106) and the specialist found another hive at a vacated neighbors place, which I was willing to pay for since it would be for the same price- maybe a little more since it would be bigger they said. $106 went to $265 for the bigger hive and the Douty's is unwilling to negotiate the 150% mark up. 150% is not a little bit in my opinion. Even though I came in just a few minutes before they closed, the lady at the front desk took the time to look at it for me and even kept it so a technician could double-check the next day.
