Wendy at Pest Rangers was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with her along with Ed the technician. Scheduling was easy and quick. Our technician arrived in the specified time and also sent a text when he was on the way. Both were great to work with..I would highly recommend Pest Rangers! I cannot comment on the price since this was our first experience with an exterminator. I can say though we felt both Wendy and Ed went above and beyond to give excellent service.

I was looking to switch from my current Wilkes-Barre-based monthly pest control provider, so I called Pest Rangers expecting a straightforward conversation and estimate. I was surprised to learn they charge a monthly fee but only provide three scheduled service visits per year. I also asked if a technician could come to my property to discuss my pest concerns and provide an estimate before I committed. I was told that if a technician came out, I would have to receive treatment—I couldn’t simply get a consultation or quote. That was disappointing, but I was still willing to move forward. I was quoted $55 per month to cover two houses on our 12-acre property. Then, just as I was ready to sign up, I was informed there would also be a $235 initial treatment that included services I didn’t need because my property is already being professionally treated by another company. The entire conversation felt frustrating and vague. I never felt like I was speaking with someone who understood my specific situation or was empowered to tailor a plan to my needs. Instead, it felt more like talking to a call center reading from a script than a knowledgeable local company. I was hoping for a simple, transparent process, but instead I was left confused about the pricing and what I was actually paying for. Unfortunately, I decided not to switch
