The company as a whole perform as expected. Their communication is definitely up to par and won't try to sell you services you don't need. I wanted to help my mom by having Orkin remove some chipmunks that were in her attic. They convinced me to add additional services that were probably unnecessary, charged me an arm and a leg, and then didn't even get rid of the chipmunks. I called in to report the issue and texted the origianl employee that came out to do the work. The employee has ignored my messages and Orkin hasn't made it right. They also claimed they'd have a manager contact me--that hasn't happened yet. Very dissapoint

Scheduled an appointment to spray for wasps with someone very helpful. Took my phone number and email and was told I would be contacted the next day. Made me think it would be quick and painless. Left work early to make my 4-6 appointment. Waited for about 30 minutes no one showed. I called in to see the eta was told no one was available and hung up on.
