Good luck getting anybody to answer the phone if you're not a new customer. They cancelled our appointment weeks ago, said they would call to reschedule, never did. After leaving a voicemail (the only way to communicate with these people), they finally called back a week later to tell me they'd be here the next day. They never came. Currently left voicemail #2 hoping maybe somebody calls me back, completely unacceptable. EDIT TO REPLY TO OWNER: No such voicemail was left about rescheduling our

We have been using Patio Patrol for a couple years now and wow, what a difference! Being outside used to be miserable for me, constantly being bitten by pesky mosquitoes. Now I can enjoy our yard and entertain without issue. Customer Service is also top notch - professional, responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

We’ve had Patio Patrol spray our yard for a couple years and have most noticeably had a substantial decrease in the number of spotted lantern flies that had previously taken over. The staff is always kind, professional, and complete their treatments completely and on time.
