Only getting a one beacsue get shit for ants they say will stop and get rid of them that’s why I still have ants this place is a joke

Don Swaney came out with in one day of calling to handle some bees that had decided to make a few nests around our house. Don was awesome and helped me out tremendously. Highly recommend him and his 47 years of experience. Responsive and professional. Honest and respectful. Couldn’t ask for more.

Vermin Control was amazing! I contacted them via their website and they responded promptly and professionally. They took care of my nasty hornet’s nest within a matter of days even though they were backed up and busy. I talked to them at 4:00 and the nest was gone when I got home from work. I had a scheduled call with them, they called me to get details and then said they’d call me back. They never did. Since then I’ve scheduled two calls with them, they never called. Don’t waste your time.

Fantastic service and communication. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone. I called seeking help removing a couple yellow jacket nests and Don was at my place within 24hrs. As far as price, I would say it was what I would expect to pay but I don't have any past experiences to compare with.

Don Swaney at Vermin Control came out today to inspect my attic. I called because I heard little feet scampering around above my bathroom. From the first call, Mr. Swaney was very responsive. I was impressed with his thoroughness in looking around the attic, and how knowledgeable he is. He even had a solution he could implement today. He also was able to answer a few other random questions I had and was very friendly and professional. He took his time and didn't rush. I would highly recommend Mr. Swaney and Vermin Control to anyone in need of pest removal services!

We were having an issue with ants around our house inside and out. I called Vermin Control and within hours I had Evan show up at my door and start accessing the situation and then immediately beginning the spraying process. He was very professional, helpful, and patient as I asked my questions during the process. Thank you to Evan and Vermin Control for a fast and professional experience!

Fast, friendly, and great work! They've been coming here for years. (usually for bees... the bad kind). This time, we had a yellow jacket hive in our wall. They ate a small hole in the drywall and started coming through! (I never knew they ate drywall!) Dan came out the same day, quickly found and exterminated the hive, and didn't even have to break the wall open! He was really informative, explained what he was doing and why, showed me where the bees were coming in, and even taught me things I never knew... like why the bees eat the drywall. In the end, we had no more bees and no drywall to replace! He took care of the whole mess with just a few small drill holes, which he filled back in. He even filled the small hole the bees made. Their prices are reasonable and worth every cent! We're customers for life!

We called this morning about a European Hornet problem and they were here within hours. Don was knowledgeable and took care of the problem immediately. We normally don't bother bees, wasps and hornets but these guys were huge and nasty. Thanks for the excellent service!

I had a wasp problem inside my house and called on a Saturday. The woman I spoke with was so nice. They called to coordinate a visit on Monday, came out that same day, evaluated the issue, and treated my house the same day! The gentleman that came out was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I was just so impressed with their customer service, speedy and professional consultation/treatment, and the affordable pricing, as well. It's been about a month since they came out and guess what? No more wasps in my house! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone with a pest problem!

Buying a home the inspection went smoothly and quick

I had them come out in April to spray my home for spiders, centipedes, and ants. They did not spray the exterior of my home like I was told they would do on the phone before my appointment. They only sprayed the basement and one room and that alone cost nearly $300. I was told to wait a few weeks before I saw any results. It's been months and I still have insects and the owner, Don says that they don't come out between quarterly visits for resprays. I was told I would have to wait until August for someone to come treat the house again. I am not pleased with the results of their services and I will not be using them again.
