We contracted a home guard plan for our business. It did require some special care such as notifying us via text as we had issues inside the store and business and needed to let the tech in. We weren’t notified by the tech, the tech didn’t ring the doorbell that is clearly marked at the door, or text to let us know he was coming. Almost $1000 and we still have the issue we called about in the first place. Our account was noted from the start to text the business for access and it’s on our gates

I made numerous calls to get a pest control company to return my phone call , only this company called back , they scheduled me an appointment three days after my phone call , their customer service is outstanding, Nate came on time looked at my entire house , I have carpenter ants outside near the sunroom , we talked about the treatments , I told him I was concern about pollinators , insects and wildlife he explained me very well what are the chemicals and what they work on , I decided to wait

Clint from D-Bug did an excellent job with our Seasonal Guard service. He also took care of two yellow jacket nests—including one that was large and aggressive—with professionalism and ease. We’re so relieved to be able to walk out our front door without worrying about getting stung. Clint was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. We’re very thankful for his work and highly recommend him!
