I am so glad that I went with this company! I really did not want to go with a larger branded company for a reason. We had yellow jackets under the door/siding and could not see the nest. Of course we tried to treat it our selves, but they kept coming back a day later. On Friday Shane came to treat our house. Words cannot describe how great NEPA Pest Control and Eric were to work with. Within minutes of calling (on a Sunday) I had a text from Eric setting up an appointment. He was very thorough and explained in great detail why we might have had wasps in the house. Being allergic, he made my safety a priority which I appreciate. If you have any sort of pest issues I highly recommend! Eric if you're reading this thank you again for the bottom of my heart for everything Update almost 3 years later! W

I have been a customer of theirs for over 20 years. Both Commercial and a residential. When they make an appointment they are there on time n Since using them I have no problems with rodents or insects. They are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.
Colwell was very professional and reasonable in helping with our pest control, which was mainly insects! They addressed the issue and we were satisfied with the results .We would highly recommend their services!
I have been finding snake skins right outside my back door. I didn’t know how to identify them but David answered me very quickly! I’m thankful to know they are harmless! Puts me at ease.
