I am so glad that I went with this company! I really did not want to go with a larger branded company for a reason. We had yellow jackets under the door/siding and could not see the nest. Words cannot describe how great NEPA Pest Control and Eric were to work with. Within minutes of calling (on a Sunday) I had a text from Eric setting up an appointment. He was very thorough and explained in great detail why we might have had wasps in the house. Being allergic, he made my safety a priority which I appreciate. I have been a customer of theirs for over 20 years. Both Commercial and a residential. When they make an appointment they are there on time n Since using them I have no problems with rodents or insects. They are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.
