The service was terrible, their guys used cheap traps anyone can buy at Home Depot Cheap bate, that did nothing, after months of service, they caught NOTHING! The office staff with this company is extremely poor—unorganized, unhelpful, and very difficult to deal with. They gave me the impression they had no clue what they were doing.
