*** Non-Transparent Billing, Poor Customer Service, and Zero Accountability *** I had a deeply disappointing experience with Ehrlich Pest Control due to severe communication gaps, non-transparent practices, and unprofessional management. I contacted them regarding a hornet nest at my home. A consultant evaluated the situation, took my signature for a potential future service, and promised to email me the quote and documentation before anything was scheduled. Instead: No Documentation or Notice: They never emailed the quote or service details. When I called customer service days later, they had no record of my inquiry. Unverified Work: Upon returning home, I found an invoice claiming service was performed the day after my consultation. Yet, the hornet nest remains completely intact on my tree. Refusal to Clarify: When I called to address this, customer service couldn't explain why documentation was withheld. Their only "proof" was a generic photo of my house taken by a technician with the report of service performed. Aggressive Management: When escalated to a manager, he was arrogant, dismissed my valid questions about the lack of advance documentation, and took no accountability. Instead of resolving the issue or explaining why the nest is still there, he resorted to threatening me with collection agencies. The manager also claimed on the call that they have documentation in their system but looks like they deliberately acted in a non-transparent manner. And from his tone it sounded like it is business as usual. A reputably run business provides clear upfront quotes, gets confirmation before dispatching technicians, and addresses customer concerns professionally. Ehrlich failed on all fronts. Proceed with caution if you value transparency and accountability. (I am reposting this review for the Reading location. Earlier this evening, a few hours after my phone call with the manager who contacted me and emailed me the quote, I realized that the consultant I worked with was from the Reading office. I have requested that the manager escalate this matter to his supervisor, as I would like my concerns to be reviewed by someone who is willing to listen to the customer's perspective.)

Chris Moy has been servicing our house for Ehrlich for years. He has always been accommodating to our needs as far as any pets controlling problems. He is very through and attentive to his works. He is pleasant to work with and always ready to give us advice for controlling pets around the house. I definitely recommend his service .

They charge premium prices to do same work as other companies who have better customer service. When i called to terminate my services they then offered to lower my prices. They should offer better prices from the start. Made me jump through hoops to end contract. Feel taken advantage of.

Chris sprayed for carpenter bees and within one day they were gone. When he came back for a follow up spray, he asked about any other problems. We had none! Great communication, he let me know what time he was coming and he was prompt. Would recommend!
