PCT was recommended by the person in our condo management office. The technician was prompt, friendly and efficient. The price for a preventive treatment was unbeatable.

I have been working with Pest Control Technicians, Inc. for over 12 years, utilizing their services for both my personal residences and my rental properties. Managing rentals comes with its own set of challenges, but PCT has consistently made my life much easier. They are incredibly reliable—they are there exactly when you need them—which is critical when you are coordinating between bugs and tenants. Their pricing is very fair, but more importantly, their service is top-notch. It is rare to find a company that maintains this level of consistency for over a decade. If you need a team that is professional, responsive, and effective, I highly recommend them.

PCT did a great job on my mouse problem. I have a sizable vegetable garden that probably attracted them to my yard. Every fall when the weather turned cold mice would get into the cellar. It's nearly impossible to find all the tiny access points in an older 120+ year old home. PCT's solution takes care of them before they come in. I have been very pleased with the results! They've also taken care of ground bees and ants with great success. Highly recommend!

We had squirrels in our subfloor between our second and third floors. They were coming in from a hole in our roof flashing. PCT was able to install a one way door and the squirrels were gone within 24 hours. Once we knew the squirrels were officially gone, PCT came back a week later to remove the door and secured chicken wire over the hole until we got a roofing company to replace the flashing. I highly recommend PCT - they were very nice and responsive with great pricing!

Still a very loyal customer of PCT. Today was a perfect example of why we continue to use their services for our home and 2 business locations. A bird had made a nest in a gap in our siding and I called yesterday. A techician was scheduled to come out this morning. When Jim Coghlan arrived he knew exactly what to do and while he wasn't expecting to do the work this morning, he was kind enough to get the work done right away. He knew I needed to get back to work and he took care of the problem and also found a bee's nest and took care of that as well! I am so grateful for the service Jim provided this morning.

This review has been updated multiple times because it was ongoing. Written Wednesday: I've lived in my condo for over ten years but this past month I suddenly noticed a strange sound at night. I thought it was the new neighbor in the adjacent unit but then I saw a mouse and not the Mickey variety running along the floor board. I called my HOA's office and they gave me the number for PCT who already takes care of the common areas in the complex. Alex came out today and he was wonderful. He explained what he was doing and also confirmed before doing anything if the area was safe for my dog (meaning my dog couldn't reach it). He put traps in the utility closet and then dropped some poison in the hard to reach places where my dog and I can't reach. He also plugged a few holes that he noticed where the mice could be getting in. They said that I can dispose of traps myself if they catch anything but also that I can schedule a return visit within 30 days to check and dispose of traps, with no additional charge. Tje type of traps they laid appear like the type of spring trap I could have bought at Home Depot but the fact that I don't need to touch anything made it worth it. I'm still grossed about about the whole thing, but I guess it was bound to happen since we live against a wooded area. Updated Friday: My dog and I were away overnight and came home to find a dead mouse in the living room. I was told the mice would take the poison and die somewhere else. Now I'm worried that the mice might bring the poison where my dog can get at it. I called the on-call number and was told he should be fine. That's not enough and now I have to wait until Monday to even see if they'll do anything. I can't reach half the places he put poison to just clean it up myself. Update Monday: Spoke with customer service and they calmed my nerves. She said that the product is safe because the dog (or a baby) would need to eat the actual bait pouch to get sick. She also said there is an antidote if my dog somehow did get to it. Poison control had already informed me of this when I called them. Meanwhile, they are sending a tech back out today to remove the poison pouches and just leave snap traps. I think they need to better train their employees on the MSDS of the products they use. To be panicking about my dog on a Friday night and be told "he should be fine" isn't a very comforting answer. However, I understand that he only knows what he's been taught during training.

We have been using PCT for a couple of years, but ants have been a recurring problem. Kevin came to our house when we called an he couldn’t hear been more helpful. He was thorough and explained everything he was going to do. He restored our confidence and we hope he also resolved our ant issue.

Will was very professional, explained every step of the process, what he was using to eliminate my rodent problem and how it worked, and even checked a trap I was too scared to look at myself. I definitely recommend!

Unhappy with the service (walk thru) and lack of communication, feel as though they are trying to sell packages and did not listen to my concerns of squirrels in my crawl space (active in 7-9am) and stated it was mice to which I knew it was not the case.

Jim was out recently for a large hornets nest and yellow jackets in a light. He was very professional, punctual and very nice. He was efficient and the bees were gone just as he said they would be. Problem solved and would not hesitate to use them again. Have already recommended to another neighbor.
