M.A.D. Exterminators Inc.

This is NOT the same company anymore. We have used them for years, but they were recently bought out. Previously we paid $50 for a service call to refill traps. The new company quoted me a price of $850 because you must sign up for an annual contract for any service which includes $250 for the privilege of signing with them plus an additional $50 a month. No thank you. Found another truly local company instead. They should change the name because they are no longer anything like M.A.D.

Came out for months and never caught a single mouse. In that time our issue got worse. They take forever to respond so it wasn't even worth setting up follow up appointments after the third one. Avoid at all costs.

Apparently the new owners don't do what the original owners did, which is take care of their customers. I was just quoted $300 to refill mouse traps, the same job that cost under $50 last time it was done. I was told that they usually only do services under contract, not refill as needed. Very different service, and very disappointing.

Psyched to find this local company, with friendly schedulers answering the phone, expert professionals coming out to house, and reliable follow up. They charge just for single visits and aren’t pushing lengthy contracts that you might not need. Super easy to work with. I’d recommend.

After calling around and having terrible experiences with other local exterminators, we finally found a solution with MAD. They were professional, timely, and their product worked and is pet safe. Price is crazy good for the service you receive. Zach went above and beyond and scaled my home for me when I locked myself out. 10/10 service and will recommend to everyone.

These guys are the best. We've been using them for a few years and they are knowledgeable and professional. They show up when they say they will. If there is an ongoing problem they will make things right.

I contacted the company because I was hearing noises in my walls. I spoke to Denise, who was friendly and professional, and she was able to get me on the schedule within a couple of days. Tony came out. He was professional and thorough and relieved my concerns.

The gentleman did a very professional job at my residence. My wife and I returned from vacation she has been bitten by bedbugs. We feared we brought them home with us. Well this gentleman came and checked every inch in the living and bedroom. He literally put us at peace. Please use they're services if you have any issues, I'm sure glad we did!
