I asked the service to be postponed but they came anyway while I was away.

The technician was efficient, communicative and knowledgeable.

7/29/26. Mark is my hero. He killed a boatload of flies that took up residence between a screen and window in one of the bedrooms. He is also my champion for being a top ant and camel cricket hunter and those carpenter bees don’t stand a chance with him. Western always provides great service. . 4/7/26. Collin was wonderful. Always friendly and thorough. It’s not carpenter bee season but I’m sure I’ll be calling again!!! Western always does a great job. Liam treated the outside of my house and even went into my garage to treat the area for those dreaded carpenter bees. Thanks so much!!!!!

I came home from work, and there was a basketball size hive underneath the overhang by the master bedroom windows. Within the past year I was diagnosed to be allergic to yellow jackets. Western came out within hours and removed the hive. Excellent service, cannot say enough about the expedited response.

My technician knows what to do and is very professional. The products he uses work really well , you see immediate improvement.

We have been a client of Western Pest Services since about 2010. Always the best service and we feel really taken care of. We also have had the same technician which is a nice bonus. He knows us and knows the house and where the problem spots tend to be. Mark is so great! (We joined in their annual plan a long time ago so they just come every four months which is usually perfect timing.)

We had a treatment done today. Lawrence was friendly and explained what would be done. Answered all our questions. He was great.

First and most important, the treatment to kill the carpenter ants was successful. As promised, they were gone within two days. Our technician, Hugh, was on time, clean, polite, professional, patient, thorough, and helpful. 5 stars!

This experience was not so good did not see him in my back yard he got to.my house at 2:20and left 2:22 I asked if he could put mice food in my trap did not do that Just not as satisfied as I was in the he beginning

We had a crawl space that had much debris from animals, likely squirrels who left acorns and droppings over the years. In addition, there was insulation between the joists that had deteriorated. The Western team came in, cleaned out and disinfected the space, removing the debris in trash bags, installed new insulation, tacked up many low voltage wires that had been hanging down, and cleaned up meticulously. They worked carefully, neatly, and transformed the space in a few hours. They were knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. We have been with Western for pest control for 50 years and are delighted with their service and personnel!
