Universal goes above & beyond to solve your issues. We strongly recommend them to anyone having a pest problem. We also used them to install spray foam insulation in our attic. Our technician Rudy always does a thorough job of checking on our pest remediation, refreshing as needed, communicating what he finds, and offering useful information on any kind of pest we might encounter. He also reminds us that if we run into pest issues in between seasonal visits, to give Universal a call for free remediation as part of our plan. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home. Highly recommended!

This company is outstanding in customer service, and the most impressive in that they do not pressure about annual contracts! Our service person, Joe, was actually early for our appt., put protective booties on, spoke with my husband and did his review of our situation. He assured us there was no active issue at all, did not charge for service call, and was the nicest guy ever! A business that should be commended for their integrity, fairness, customer service and everything else in between!

The appointment was for between 4-5PM, but the serviceman arrived early, around 2PM. This was not too much of an issue, because my wife was home, but were she not, your serviceman could not have gained access to the inside of the home, limiting the service to be provided. The serviceman was courteous, efficient, and thorough.

This was a warranty call since one big bad carpenter bee made it through the first treatment. Sean was and is great. Took care of business and answered a couple of questions I had about deck paint - added value. Always a pleasure to have someone smart and friendly do work. Thank you!

This company was sent to my home in south Philadelphia {if you know you know} I could tell that The previous tenant and owner weren’t too keen on the rolling infestation that was in my home before I moved in and before the proper switched hands! I was informed by neighbors on my new block that no one stays in this home that I live in for more than a year due to the rolling issue I didn’t inform the new owner and site supervisor about what I was experiencing and also what I was told by the close neighbors to this home. This home is in between two abandoned properties that have been abandoned for Quite some time. I found it out after I did a little research. ! After the first treatment, I wasn’t as confident and defected this along would work, but the two professional gentleman that came to my home they assured me that my landlord did the right thing by contacting the company may be about a week to a week and a half later, I then became as confident as they try to get me to be in the beginning I noticed a huge difference between descent, the droppings and leave visually laying eyes on the road and dead and alive. It was a huge difference within a weeks time by the time I got to the third week again another really really huge difference a lot less mice movement throughout my home and me even collecting the disease carcasses of the mice that ingested the poison Got small and Number as well. I had my home deep clean and for the first couple of days the roots resurfaced and I am now just walking my pest control technician to the door and I will with great confidence be updating my two week experience after this one and I’m so sure just like the first I will be greatly pleased as I am now this is a great company however, much is cause it is not a waste of money. It’s not a bunch of Devices or tricks or anything to make it look like it’s something that it’s not what they tell you when they first enter your home when you get your first treatment that’s exactly what they provide. I would prefer this company to anyone in any part of the city or state. This is a awesome awesome awesome company with great benefits. I’ll check in in about two more weeks to give an update I would give them a better rating if I could add more stars this company is definitely top-tier diamond status in my eyes great company and even greater results thanks guys
