TJ was thorough in inspecting all of the areas of my home. He explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and advised me as to the best practices to keep the pests away. He treated the areas that were effected and proactively treated areas that could be impacted. The spray was safe so that was a not a concern. I am pleased with the service.

I’ve been using, and referring them to friends for a few years now. Billy and his team are not only affordable beyond what the market dictates, they’re also courteous to you as a customer. They do things promptly and constantly go out of their way to work around your schedule. Definitely the only option in my opinion.

I had emailed several pest control companies for quotes, the majority of which just tried to push contracts on me and kept pushing when I said I wasn’t interest. Sudden Death got back to me quickly, Billy was straight up and honest. He did not act like a used car salesman and try to upsell me, he didn’t even try to tie me into a contract. That made me choose their services. The actual pest control has been great. I had some questions and Billy sent the same crew back immediately to take care of some small areas. I just had another treatment today, and surprise, it’s the same crew! Seeing the same faces each time, to me, means Sudden Death treats their employees right and they don’t have insane turnover like I’ve seen in the past at other pest control companies (a new person at my door every treatment). The treatments work and I know if I have any issues, they’ll take care of it. It’s super easy to pay online, very convenient. No paper bills being mailed, no annoying spam emails, just an honest company with awesome people perfecting their craft.

I can’t say enough good things about Sudden Death! From start to finish, they’ve been absolutely amazing. When they first came out to treat my house, they were so thorough and professional. What really impressed me was the follow-up they actually checked in to see how things were going, which you just don’t get with most companies. We were having issues with bees at our house and Sudden Death came the same day and took care of the bees. They were gone within hours! So amazing to work with! I can’t recommend enough! I will definitely use them again and again!

My daughter called them because we were having a hornet issue. She talked to Billy Wednesday afternoon and he scheduled service for the next day between 2 & 3. After she hung up, she found two more areas where the hornets were nesting. Two extremely nice guys (one was Billy's brother) showed up at 2:15 Thursday, talked with her about the problem, walked around the area with her and started working on the hornets. They were done in about 20 minutes and on their way. They said it could take as long as 72 hours for them to all be gone, but we haven't seen any hornets since Thursday evening. They know what they are doing, and they are great with customers! I wouldn't call anyone else, ever again. They are great and the pricing was extremely reasonable as well. Thank you, Sudden Death!!!

I recently had a yellow jacket infestation where my soffit and siding come together above my garage. Nicki was dispatched to my home the same day I called and resolved the issue. In addition, despite having worked a full day while in her obviously uncomfortable, but nice-looking company golf shirt (I’d think the technicians would be more comfortable in dry-fit or cotton blend T-shirts), she thoughtfully educated me on why the bee spray that I had used was ineffective and why the spray she used would work. And, in fact, her treatment did work as advertised and killed the entire hive. It’s been over a week, and I’m confident the infestation is gone. I only paid a flat fee that came with a guarantee.

Called them to deal with a really bad Yellow Jacket infestation inside the walls of our home. They provided a single service and we haven't seen a single Yellow Jacket since. Should have called them sooner. Cost was $250 and they will come back for free if they dont get them the first time. Will absolutely use them for our properties going forward.

I've used Sudden Death on 4 separate occasions. Twice for home inspections and twice for bees and they have been great to work with everytime! Quick to respond and reasonably priced. They used to be great than my normal guy is no longer with them. He would listen to where I was having issues and bait/spray accordingly. New guy will literally walk in and do the kitchen only claiming that all the pests will come down to the kitchen. Such utter BS. I bought 8.00 worth of glue traps for the mice and collected 12 the first night because they aren’t all in the kitchen. I will be getting quotes from other pest control companies that won’t partially treat and actually care about the issues being resolved not how to keep having a once a month bill with little to no results.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. I did have to replace your technician and hired a qualified and certified applicator, but had to let him going because he did not meet with our higher standard of workmanship. I have since acquired a more courteous and thorough technicain, so if you would call the office and let us know what account, we would be happy to provide you with the service you were accustomed to.
