Great customer service !

Amazing customer service! I thought I had a mouse infestation which was causing an unpleasant odor in my finished basement due to urine/ammonia. Ed came out and, after a thorough inspection at no charge, showed me there simply weren’t signs of the number of mice necessary to be causing a urine smell. He offered to still bait the house for my peace of mind, but he didn’t pressure me in the slightest. He even offered some alternative causes of the smell that I can investigate. I could tell that Ed truly wanted to help me solve my problem, not just close a deal. I will 100% be using Advantage for my pest control needs!

Ed came out to my home to take care of a carpenter ant problem. His service was so awesome I referred him to my daughter's. There were yellow jackets in the walls of her home. Ed came ASAP and not only took care of 2 yellow jacket nests, but a black wasp nest and lots of ants! Bees gone...ants almost gone, with his pet safe poisons kicking their butts. I would totally recommend his business for all your exterminator needs! Thx Ed! You rock!

It started with identifying swarmers (winged termites) that had made their way into our home. After taking a photo, it was quickly identified via cell phone and an appointment was set up. This company is very responsive via text, email or phone. We signed up for a quarterly plan where bait traps placed in the ground are checked quarterly. After the first round, it was successful! Beyond the first experience this past spring, we also had the perimeter and surrounding shrubs and grass treated for ants and general pests. Ed Murphy is great to work with! He is very pleasant, friendly, communicates well and is efficient. He returns calls or emails promptly. He knows his job very well and treatment has been effective. Above all, he's great with our pets and my dogs love him! We have worked with other pest companies in the past. Ed, by far, has done the best job for us! Thanks!

After getting stung 6-10 times yesterday by bald-faced hornets, I needed a professional to exterminate and remove a big 3 layer nest tucked under a porch glider. I searched google maps and found Advantage Termite was the closest to my house, guess that was a sign. I called early morning on this holiday weekend and had to leave a message. Ed called me back a few minutes later and fortunately was able to come by the same morning to give a free estimate. We had the job done right then after hearing a great price! Ed is a true professional, and extremely nice guy, you will not be disappointed with his service!

Been using another company was not satisfied decided to give Ed a call. He came out inspected everything was very informative, discussed my options and addressed all my concerns . Couldn't ask for a better experience and veteran owned!!!
