Lang did a great job on my lawn. We are very happy with them.

We've been using Lang's for over the past 8 years along with many in our neighborhood. They are are pleasure to work with, reasonably priced and provide great customer service. We have a beautiful yard and no pests, especially this time of year!

Fertilizing

My front lawn looks terrific. The office staff is always very helpful. Unlike several other big name companies I tried through the years, Lang's actually followed my instructions to NOT treat the dog run area. I understand that the products are not harmful after a certain period of time, but my dog is little and old and I did not want to take any chances.

I have been using Lang's Lawn-Tree and Pest Control for over 20 years. They have been doing the weed control and fertilization. Their price is competitive and they do a great job. Never had a problem.

I’ve been using Lang for lawn care weed control and fertilizer for more than 10 years. The competitive pricing is the reason I’ve continued using them. Over the years, issue hoped that they would notice issues with my grass such as dead spots and gross areas and provide some feedback or recommendations. Sad to say, nothing. They come and spray regardless of the condition of the lawn, and don’t actually pause to take notice of what they’re spraying. While not fully satisfied, I’ve shopped around and they are still better in price for the coverage.

They fly through my 1.5 acre property in <7 minutes. I wonder if I’m really getting value for my money

Didn’t see any difference in the lawn after 1 full year of service. Due to the price; will likely just do my own fert/lime/grub next year.

Bad service all around. Multiple calls to office staff to hear the same song and dance with no change with issues. Told Nate would come out never happen. Was told we never called when we did along with emails .The workers doing the treatments don’t know what weeds look like and need you to call in for a service call after every treatment .. and these were just a few . 2.5 years of service and this is what I have

Review for seal coating. Had several cracks is a small driveway that we wanted fixed and wanted to have a new driveway look. Lang's was the lowest priced option of 3 local companies and had good reviews. When we got the bid, the owner told us the seal coating would fix all cracks except where the driveway meets the road. After the sealing, all cracks were still visible. After 2-3 days driveway looked the same, arguably worse in some places. Owner stated there was a miscommunication on what cracks would be visible/not visible, and agreed to re-do the seal for more money. We filled the cracks ourselves and decided to forgo the new driveway look.

Been trying to get a hold of them for a week, no responses to my emails, show up hoping to talk to someone and they are closed when their hours say open

Signed up for lawn care SERVICE and received very little service. 8 lawn fertilizer applications and I had to call them several times to get them to come out. They are consistently behind schedule and yard is full of weeds. (Lawn has actually gotten worse since I stopped doing the care myself)

Worst service ever. Not recommended.

If you're a private homeowner DON'T use this service!! We have been customers for 10 years and every year they promise to treat our fruit trees with fungicide early enough to prevent reinfection. Every year I have to cajole them to get here on time (according to them, before bloom). Our trees are blooming, I called three days in a row with no response and now have been told that "since we didn't get there on time we'll just cancel the rest of the applications." Cancelled our contract and will contact BBB.
