Hoffman's Exterminating

They never contact me to schedule even though that’s how they used to do it. They just show up. But I can never get a hold of them when I need them. They stopped billing and just started charging my credit card without asking me. They tell me I have a contract but I never signed one. When the technicians come they are great and are always surprised that the office didn’t tell me they were coming. It is the office and schedulers that drive me crazy. Every spring the ants like coming into my house to say hello and I finally had enough (I would ~ see 10 ants a day randomly on my counter 😖and never had food left out on the counter). After doing some online research, I ended up visiting Hoffman’s Extermination’s website (which lists the plans and prices - it seems like most exterminating companies don’t list their prices). After completing the online request to be contacted, I ended up receiving a call from Tara, who was terrific! Tara answer

Restaurant bar in Delaware county with mice running all over the dining room and kitchen. All the guy does from this company is put out traps with no bait on them but we see mice black/gray running around everywhere. They are useless for a commercial account. Look elsewhere and do not use!!!
