The Leck's experience is a very dependable business with great personnel who are kind, fun loving and professional. Everyone I've met is just wonderful. I just have them come for the ant problem but when I had a Bee problem under shingles on my shed roof, Paul came covered up and sprayed while I ran inside my back porch for cover. All gone. Even wasp nexts. Prices are good in this day and age and I feel they are on top of the bug problem here. They can "Mug a Bug" with the best of them!!!!!! They come every 3rd Monday of the month.

Very customer oriented. Before using Leck’s, I tried many products and another company. Leck’s has eliminated bugs and rodents from my home. Should I have a problem, they are quick to take care of it.

Best pest control company around. Knowledgeable employees are prepared to handle most any emergency that may arise. Reasonable monthly service rates also.

These people are great. If I was a lonely old lady I could see signing up for monthly service just to talk to the people who show up. The two ladies in the office I've spoken to are always great too.

Charged $80 for a stop by that took 10-15 min. Wanted $250 to put some dust down for my bees outside but they couldn’t help with bees inside because I didn’t know where they were coming in. I decided to wait and watch as inside bees were my concern. After being charged $80 for a 10 min consultation I will not be using them again. Oh and I wasn’t told about the charge they just sent it in the mail.

We had them out 2xs... one for ground bees and other for yellow jackets behind window. They took my call, schedule me within 2 days, came out on time.... knock on wood, so far so good... if needed I will continue to use them! Thanks again

Technician arrived on time. He was polie and explained what he was doing and why the specific chemical had been choosen. I have had no problems since the treatment was applied. He did not try to sell additional products or services that I did not want.

Great! Had a yellow jacket nest right underneath of the front door behind some missing caulk in the wall. Could not get any wasp spray in behind the caulking. Went into Lecks store and they recommended Tri- Die aerosol dust. Took it home and used it that night - end of problem. Only cost about $20 certainly cheaper than having an exterminator come out.

They came out twice to resolve an issue with our house and absolutely nothing was resolved. Still experiencing issues. I would hire someone else or do it yourself and save the money.

My husband and I used Lecks for an issue with ants for the past year. The previous homeowners bought us a year's contract with the company. Throughout this time, we continuously had issues with scheduling. We would call the office and reschedule an appointment so that we would be home and they could spray the inside and then when we got home on the originally scheduled day, we would see a notice that they had come while we weren't home. I can't count how many times this happened we had to call the office again and again to reschedule. There is clearly an issue with the way this company is run and the communication between the office staff and the exterminators. In addition, after calling multiple other companies, I learned that almost none of them come on a monthly basis because their treatments should last 3-4 months. Lecks came monthly and we would still have issues with ants in between the treatments. We also learned from calling other companies that Lecks is more expensive than all of these competitors - I'm assuming because they do come out monthly. I think it's very important to support small businesses but when they are run so badly, it just becomes frustrating and completely unworthy of the hassle. Definitely go with one of their many competitors and steer clear of this company.

Contacted because thought I would use local small business. Since I contracted them for my residence I decided to contact them for my place of business also. They got paid and I never saw them Again. When they were called for my home and business, three times I was told either we were missed due to changing computer system, or were forgotten. Would nwver use or recommend this company.. So much for trying to give a local mom and pop compsny a try.
