Have been a lawn doctor customer for sometime They do get the job done and very well I may add. The last power seeding filled in the one problem Area Can’t wait for spring to come. Our tec Steven all way friendly and courteous Thank you for the advice in your notes Almost forgot I need the mosquito service again. It does make a Difference definitely worth it. I highly recommend this

Update after a lousy response: I called multiple times, there were multiple failed applications, I paid over $500 so your $90 refund is unacceptable. I worked with your company for 2 years and you can see in my pictures here, the treatments did little to nothing to treat the weeds.To all new customers-This company does NOT care about your yard, they just want your money. Terrible customer service and lawn care services are just as bad! I paid for a complete package, still had patches of weeds and clover everywhere. I called multiple times, they completed additional treatments with no change. I was told I would hear from corporate the last time I spoke to Sheila at the corporate office, she then called me a liar when I called back to let her know that I sent the workers away at the door because I was waiting to hear from Corporate regarding my multiple calls to complain about the lawn. These people are crooks and gaslight you. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for your lawn care needs

I’ve been a loyal customer of the buxmont office for over 10+ years. They’re impossible to get a hold of. Horrible follow up!! They don’t return voicemails or emails. It’s been over 4 weeks in which I’ve left both voice mails & emails without a return follow up. I’m currently under contract and can’t get in touch with anyone in regards to my service. This will be my last year using this unprofessional / unresponsive company.

I hired Lawn Doctor because of the great reviews I saw but the service I received was not what I expected. Before the service, we had a lot of weeds in our lawn, which prompted us to undergo a lawn renovation plan with the Lawn Doctor to remove all of the weeds and “have the best lawn on the block”. Come late August, they were out (2 weeks late) to kill our lawn as outlined in the plan. I was told they would be out a couple of times during the next two weeks to ensure everything is dead and they did not come out to check on the process. All of the weeds were not dead by the time they came out to do the aeration and reseeding. After they reseeded, we followed the recommended steps by watering on a regular basis. The new grass did start to grow and in some areas it looks nice but other areas are still really patchy and not growing at all. I tried contacting our local branch on numerous occasions and have not had any luck. I have emailed, called and have received no answer. When I called and would have left a voicemail, the voicemail box was full so I was unable to. In an effort to get ahold of lawn doctor, I emailed their corporate office but have not received a response. I called the corporate office (during the business hours they are sure to state before the menu) looking to talk to someone and was prompted to talk to the operator since I had no direct contact to speak with and even that person didn’t pick up. Their policy is supposedly 100% customer satisfaction or your money back, well I don’t see how anybody will be able to get their money back because lawn doctor doesn’t respond to any communication from their customers.

They billed me 4 times for 1 service and now no return call.. I only give them one star because the form required it. TERRIBLE!

very dissappointed with this people.never give me a quite.,then i email manager send me a quite with out any offers they offering for new customer,they almost double size of my yard for power seeding,i call few times back they said they will call still after almost two week they never call.glad i don't make any business with them ,if i cant get in touch with customer service for small company how i can get contact if something go wrong with my service.very irresponsible

Standard fertilizing work done on time and regularly helped our lawn but relationship with Lawn Doctor of Lower Buxmont ended badly with a terrible job for Fall Power Seeding - work was scheduled and company did not return 2 calls to reschedule based on the fact the the ground was in no condition for seeding (parched, rock solid, crumbling and covered with netting from previous seeding attempt). Work was conducted anyway and has produced nothing but a bare lawn and (after the fall) a lot of mud. Disappointed of attention to customer needs, quality of work and dismissiveness of my complaint from Mr Capria, manager. Account closed, looking for replacement service.

you never showed up at my home this season. I have called and requested that you service my property but no one shows up?? I don't understand. Please advise. Chuck Pescatore

Do not use this branch! We used LawnDoctor for several years. The service they provide now is far worse than in the prior years. This year we gave them another try based on the old positive experience. The company remembered to bill us in 5 installments but forgot to provide any service. They only came out once, in the beginning of the summer. As we were away most of the summer, we did not notice until September how bad our lawn was. The crabgrass had covered all flower beds and pathways. We had to hire a separate company to take care of it. We contacted the branch with no resolve. We contacted the corporate office without any response. At the end, they returned our payment for 3 times. LawnDoctor's corporate policy states that "If you're not 100% satisfied — we'll make it right. It's that simple." In the contract, it says that if the customer is not happy with the last application, they will come again or the money will be refunded. It never happened in our case. We paid over $500 for nothing...

Double billed me and i never got a response from the local billing office . They didn’t bring the right equipment to get into the yard so said they would be back the next day and never showed . Still have not returned my call so be very careful and don’t waste your money .
