Perry Pest said they came out and sprayed the outside of our house. No, they didn't. My husband called several times and told them we were unhappy about the service and the response we kept getting was "we will look into it". We have had our house sprayed by them many times in the past (2 times a year for the past several years). Each time they would spray there would be dead bugs surrounding the house and there was plenty of evidence that they sprayed. This time, no dead bugs! Not even one!!!

Hi Crystal; sorry you feel like you received an unsatisfactory treatment from us. With semiannual maintenance, like you previously had for 8 years, you will start to see less bugs as it creates and nice barrier on your home. We last serviced your property in April of 2023 and we could have come out

Nothing but professionalism start to finish. Reached out to John Heidler on a Monday morning about an ant issue both inside and out of the house. After fully explaining in detail the solutions and process to fix my problem. A day later he was there spraying the exterior of the house. Thing that sets his customer service apart from many others I’ve used in the past personable people skills and willingness to answer in detail any questions or concerns. EXTREMELY disappointed in the service!!!!! To start, staff will NOT call you back unless you keep calling. I scheduled general pest control and it took them forever to call me back to even schedule that, but he did come out and spray eventually. We made sure we got the products that would not harm pets but would treat the insects that were the worst. When we noticed NO difference at all in the time frame given, I called. Gary (I believe that was his name) because he had mentioned he would come
