Perry Pest said they came out and sprayed the outside of our house. No, they didn't. My husband called several times and told them we were unhappy about the service and the response we kept getting was "we will look into it". We have had our house sprayed by them many times in the past (2 times a year for the past several years). Each time they would spray there would be dead bugs surrounding the house and there was plenty of evidence that they sprayed. This time, no dead bugs! Not even one!!!

Nothing but professionalism start to finish. Reached out to John Heidler on a Monday morning about an ant issue both inside and out of the house. After fully explaining in detail the solutions and process to fix my problem. A day later he was there spraying the exterior of the house. Thing that sets his customer service apart from many others I’ve used in the past personable people skills and willingness to answer in detail any questions or concerns.
