Always able to fit us in when there is an urgent bug matter outside our quarterly extermination. Great team to work with. We have used them for years! Definitely recommend!!

We hired them to solve a problem with mice in the kitchen. We told them the mice were coming into the kitchen and were hiding in the walls, but the exterminator proceeded to look everywhere else. He said they were coming from the outside and placed traps everywhere, and that when it gets warmer the mice will leave (this was in spring still). Fast foward 2 weeks and no mouse are caught. We called and he came back set a few cheaps traps again then left. Called a third time and he came for basically a few minutes, put down 2 sticky traps and ran off. He said if they're in through the walls they can't do anything about it. Well that's a common thing about mice, how are you an exterminator if you can't solve that? They charged $208 for 1.5 hours of work and no solution, clearly a nice payday for not actually exterminating anything. If you have issues with anything larger than a bug, don't call these people. In fact don't call them at all, they're not real professionals. Call someone who will actually do the job.

Ron was great. He came out assessed the problems, and dealt with them in the best, most cost efficient manner. Even when I suggested possibly needing monthly maintenance, he was upfront and honest, letting me know I didn't need to incur expense, and told me how best to handle it myself. Costs were reasonable and would definitely recomend!

They did a great job. Prompt, professional and friendly. We had a bee problem and they identified the problem and came up with the solution soon after they arrived. Would 100% recommend them and use them again.
